Got my nails done on Saturday several of the nails looked as if they hadn't even been filled, on Monday my thumb nail broke on one side went in here to get it fixed was told to wait. Waited over an hour they continued to take other customers for full sets instead of letting me sit to fix my one nail. Asked several different people how long the wait would be for the fix not one person could give me an actual time. One woman told me to just sit and wait... After I'd already been there an hour and a half! Never again will I waste my money with these rude and unprofessional people. Read Less

Never will I go back to this nail salon. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. The absolute worst experience. I called, nobody answered. I went in and they said I have to wait 30 minutes. Went to grab food and when I got back I had a little wait. Not a problem... asked to go to the bathroom and it wasn’t filthy!!! Smelled AWFUL! Toilet didn’t flush and there was pee just sitting in the toilet. Went to Windsor farms to use their bathroom and when I got back, maybe 4 minutes later, she had started working on another lady who just walked in.... nobody said anything to me... I stood waiting... asking when I would be seen and no response. Completely unprofessional. Filthy... absolutely zero sanitation. Extremely rude staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!! STAY AWAY. They are a HOT mess! I went here to do my pedicure and Gel fill. She did my toes fine honestly speaking. Let’s talk about my nails, she took almost an hour an half to take off the old polish and reshape my nails. I asked for round shape and what she did was mess. I asked her to do them even because she couldn’t get the round shape. She polished my nails and the same evening they started to peel. I spend $65.00 here so I definitely returned the next day to have her redo them, which she did. Same night I kid you not, they started peeling again. By this point I not figure their polish is old and not keeping. I was absolutely frustrated. I returned the next day and she offered to changed the polish and I told her the first one was old. She gave me a nude color. This new color kept for a day and come change and then started peeling. I was too frustrated to even go there. Went and had my nails done on Wednesday. Noticed when she was about to paint my nails that the Polish was very low (had to lean bottle on side to get Polish). The same night my Polish was chipping so I went back and another lady redid my nail and also touched up other nails that showed a sign of worn off Polish. And again, the Polish was coming off 2/3 nails this time so I went today (Friday). I asked that since Polish keeps coming off if I can get a color change and themanager told me that I would have to pay. So I asked Y I had to pay when their Polish wasnt any good. She then said for me to have a seat in the full waiting area and she will think about whether to charge me or not. I left before I lost my composure. Will NEVA step back in that place again. I have been going here for years. I was with Lisa now I'm with Lee. She charged me $5 to cut my nails on a new set. She never did that before and claims that she had. So, from now own, when she charge for stuff that she never charged for before, NO TIP!!! Just like this past visit. Read Less

The best nail salon. I've been a customer for 10 years. The service is the best. They have good prices. When they are packed, I've waited up to 2 hours, but the service and the end result of my nails is unbeatable. Worth the wait. Read Less
