DON'T GO.- Extremely rude staff- The quality of the products they use is extremely poor - Excessively expensive (considering that the products/service they offer is terrible) Fact: I have always been obsessed with nails and know everything about this subject.1st Time: I tried the "normal" gel manicure (like nail polish but lasts longer). After two days, three of my nails were already cracked and the gel started disappearing after one week. This has never happened to me, after leaving a professional nail salon (gel manicure should last at least three weeks).Price: $502nd Time: Hoping they would do a better job, I asked them to apply tips (=fake nails) because I wanted my nails to be longer (like they used to be, before they cracked). Price: $65After one day, one nail broke and after two days another one did. I went back to show them and they applied new tips and powder gel (I used the powder gel this time, even stronger and more efficient than the nail polish gel). They charged me $10. Went back home, the same night, two other nails broke. You can imagine my frustration...I spent $115 for poor quality products, terrible service and, icing on the cake, extremely rude staff: they treated me as if I was forcing them to do my nails! AND they even had the courage to charge me an extra $10 for fixing a job THEY didn't do well in the first place. I can't get my money back nor my time, but I really hope you won't make the same mistake. PS: I have lived in 6 different countries and have been to thousands of nail salons. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the wonderful as well. One woman was rubbing my shoulders while the other was doing my manicure, and the whole atmosphere is relaxing. I live in NYC so I go to a small nail salon close to my house usually, but this one is exactly the kind of place I'd go to weekly if I lived closer. She did such a wonderful job on my manicure, it was for the Fourth of July, so I used the CND weeklong polish, one hand blue and one hand red. So cute. I'll def be back my next time in town! This is hands down my vote for best nail salon in Milwaukee! All of the ladies welcome you with a smile and make you feel right at home! Saira is always my tech and every time I come in she does such an amazing job and I leave extremely happy.
