I wish I could give them 0 stars. I got a straightening treatment done at the Westport location in August and it destroyed my hair. I have been getting straightening treatments done for years and have never had any problems before. It has mostly resulted in a massive amount of hair loss and it also absolutely destroyed my ends; I had to get 4 inches off and the ends still look like they have been electrocuted. One of my friends who got it done here as well has had similar res...ults of major hair loss. I was studying abroad after getting the treatment done and was unable to come into the salon until recently. When I was abroad, they did not bother to return my frantic calls or emails. When they eventually did, they were unhelpful and rude. When I came into the salon the other day, after being frustrated with them ignoring my calls, I experienced the worst customer service of my life. Spring, the woman who did it, is possibly the most unpleasant, rude person I have ever met in my life. She started coming up with every reason as to why the bad results must be my fault. I have never seen such audacity and nastiness from one person before. Thank you for making me pay $250 for my hair to fall out!
