Can’t even express how horrible their customer service is. Walked in at 6:30 mind you they close at 7 PM told them I needed a fill in my eyebrows done. All the techs were busy at the time. Ok that’s fine. 40 minutes later after waiting patiently I am asked if I can come back tomorrow because they want to go home. You think they would’ve told me that from the time I walked in the door. The owner is rude and so are the girls speaking or other language talking about you behind your back. And not to mention they always rush through their work and their quality of work is horrible my nails never last not even 2 weeks!! Amazing Nails Salon ! The nail technician was extremely nice and professional. I love how they just re-model their salon . Everything are new, and it's so clean, and airy atmosphere. Horrible horrible horrible...rushed to do my pedicure didnt even try to remove dead skin, cut 2 of my little toes wit the clippers. Horrible service and now I have dry feet still and 2 cut toes. LEE is extremely nice, thorough & will do anything to make you happy. My first time here was a few weeks ago ,after leaving a nail salon after 10 years . It took a lot for me to find a new tech & I sure am happy I found Lee. She goes above & beyond to make you happy with quality work. She gives an amazing pedicure. This was honestly just so disappointing. My friend and I came here for our first time and it was an awful experience. My nails came out uneven, the gel started to chip off after a few days, and the fill cost $30 after one nail repair. My friend got cream colored gel nails and after a few days they slowly became a weird shade of green. The gel also absolutely destroyed her nails and while she was getting her nails done, the girl doing them kept stopping to text her friends. Overall it was terrible especially for the cost. Reviewing the East Haven location. The salon was dirty. Not sure if the tools were clean. Definitely stayed for a pedicure against my better judgement. Prices are reasonable but pay the extra $5 and go somewhere.. anywhere else. Not a relaxing pedicure, very rough. I would never go back here. Lvnails is the best nails salon ever in town  and good service. They are very professional and kind . It is worth the price ....they have two locations. Absolutely disgusted with this place . My daughter came to get her nails done here they cut them way to short , the paint job was horrible and the people are very rude . My daughter came out in tears cause of these people . I go back in to tell them to fix it or give me back my money they said NO then told me that they will give me my money my back but they gotta take the nails off . I said take them off then . This place is absolutely horrible! I just got my nails and my eyebrows done and it came out terrible. I told the nail tech to cut my nails at a certain length and she cut it was shorter than I wanted it to be and I ended up having to do all my nails that short because it was too noticeable. Then she had the nerve to tell Me it's my nail bead and not her fault when I've been getting mu nails done for 9 years. THEY (VIN) RUINED MY EYEBROWS. I TOLD HER I WAMTWS IT TO BE THICK BECAUSE I SPENT TWO MONTHS GROWING IT OUT AND SHE TOOK ALL OF MY EYEBROWS OFF!! I had a great experience! Today was my first time going to this salon. I don't get my nails done often and had previously gone to a salon in New Haven that had applied the nails too thick. I cut them down at home and had which made them look worse! L.V. Nails took off the remaining nails for me and instead of trying to sell me another set of acrylic or gel full set nails, she recommended gel polish ONLY instead so my nails can regrow. I will definitely be going back because this is the first time any salon been so honest with me and did what was best for now. I got all black gel polish and love it! Read Less

QUITE DISSATISFIED with my LV Nails​ (East Haven, CT location) total experience.  The shop removed my post to its Fcebook page.If its locations provide the same quality of service, I don't know why people rave about LV Nails.  The location with which I'd made my appointments is clean and bright, and the designs are pretty - but no more than what should be the baseline for all shops. Nothing above and beyond, if you will.In February, I couldn't get in touch with my regular/preferred nail technician in Orange.  Because friends have raved about LV Nails in West Haven, and my husband and I had moved north of the Q Bridge, I thought I'd give a chance to their East Haven shop.Description of tech:  The pretty lady who took care of me is Asian with light brown hair. She sits at the front and to the left as you face the back of the shop. ("stage right") She was pleasant.  I don't know her name.I got a full set (overlay with gel polish and design).  The design, though pretty,  was not what I'd asked for/physically pointed out to the nail tech.  I paid, tipped (25%) and left.When I returned two weeks later for a fill, the same lady took care of me. She needed a spot of glue on a few of the my nails.  Keeping in mind that I'd only had this set for two weeks, I was displeased.  Again, my nails were pretty, though not amazing.For my next fill, my nails were done with clear gel only, as I was going to a funeral. Again, a few of the nails required glue.  The finished product looked neat, and there were no visible lines.  Adequate - just as I'd requested.By the time I was ready for the third fill, though, I'd managed to get hold of the lady who has been doing my nails for years.  The snow had melted, and the roads were easier, so I went to her for my next fill.As she removed the gel from my last fill, the nails started falling off. More came off when she filed.  Ultimately, I had to scrap the whole thing and get a new full set at the third fill.Bottom line:  My hands looked nice, but the quality of the LV Nails product simply doesn't hold up. My girlfriend came here to get a gel fill. I strongly caution anyone who comes to this salon. Not only were the nails thick, but she has 4 fungus on her nails and the nails are very tender. She has fungus starting on a few others. She's had to buy meds and take all her nails off. As a professional person, that's extremely upsetting to her. It's safe to say that the salon is not only dirty but the tools aren't cleaned and disinfected. Beware. Read Less

Worst nail salon ever. I came here for a mani and pedi before I left to New York for my cousins wedding. The place was packed. Only two people working and did a horrible job. While filing my nails the man cut two of my fingers and and did such a sloppy job. Refuse to go back there. Read Less

I have been on many Salon before around west haven, new haven, orange and even milford, all I have to say is that they take their time, doing my nails and my peddicure and the people are so nice and friendly.
