This is a wonderful spa for relaxing and getting a first-class manicure and/or pedicure! The environment is soothing and comfortable and the technicians are all very skilled and friendly. It was such a pleasant experience here. The music is quite piano music, no blaring TV show. I wasn't greeted with a loud "HI WHAT DO YOU NEED TODAY or PICK A COLOR" it was just Lany and one other person working. I had made an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. As I sat with my nails wrapped to remove the gel Lany put a warm bean bag type wrap on my shoulders and over my hands. She brought me a hot cup of green tea and I was able to sit quietly while the gel soles off. The decor is neat and attractive without every square inch having some type of tchotchke. She did a lovely job on my nails, ensuring I was happy with the shape and length before moving to the next step. I have found my new nail salon and am so happy. Read Less

I treated myself to a manicure for the first time in ages this weekend, and I'm so glad I chose Z Luxury as the place. The atmosphere at the salon is clean & serene, with great music playing and a friendly vibe. There are several brands of polish to choose from, lots of color choices, and I love knowing that they only offer safe polishes free of many harmful chemicals. The online reservation feature on the website is a breeze, and I also love that you can include your tip when you pay with your credit card in their system. I'm not very dainty, so going in for a manicure at all felt like a big risk. I joked that I'd be better off flushing money than spending it on nails that I would chip literally the minute I left the salon. I'm happy to have treated myself. First of all, this is not one of those glaringly bright salons. The lighting was low and relaxing. They play music you actually want to hear. The decor shows personality. There's artwork featuring Janelle Monae! The environment was such that if I had to wait awhile, I wouldn't even mind. Kendra helped me with color selection and handed me a glass of Prosecco. I loved the end result and the fact that the polish was very chip-resistant. Several days later, my nails still look great. Also, the place is clean and there were no irritating attempts to upsell. Had my first mani/pedi with Kendra yesterday which was fantastic. She is very personable & professional & the salon is a very relaxing & beautifully decorated space. I usually go to Jasmine but she was booked (also highly recommend Jasmine).I highly recommend this salon as they use individualized pedicure buckets, which helps to prevent spread of infection.I will definitely go back. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Booked an appointment for press-ons for graduation online and arrived the day of to a clean and beautiful salon more reminiscent of a fancy doctor's office. Kendra was the manicurist and it was just me and her in the salon for the duration of the appt. I shared with her an image of what I roughly wanted my nails to look like and the final product looked even better than the inspiration. There are only 2 nail artists, who work by appointment only, which translates to having their undivided attention while they pamper you to heaven and back. I brought Kendra (one of the manicurist) a nail design from Pinterest, and she nailed it perfectly (pun intended). The decor and atmosphere at Z's are very swanky.  Plush seating, smooth jazz/ R&B playing in the background, faux diamond accents, complementary sparkling wine - Fancy Pants Central!
