My first time coming here I enjoyed my experience. I come with my daughter she's 3 the owner was so good to her. My technician was wearing her winter coat when I walked in (1 1/2 hours before closing), and was visibly annoyed that I had come. She scrubbed/shaved my heels (the razor did come out of a fresh package) and plopped my clean feet back down onto the towel-- into my own dead skin. I don't need a conversation, I'm fact I'd rather not have one, but she didn't even tell me when to put my feet into or out of the water, she shoved them off the foot rest or tapped my leg to lift my foot out. World's worst (and fastest) pedicure, at 22 minutes. There are too many other places to go for me to ever come back here. Read Less

I come here sometimes because I live in the area.They usually do a good job, but the last couple of times I was disappointed.  First, they had a new girl do my pedicure/gel manicure.  She was clearly inexperienced and when I asked her if she was new she said yes, and said she worked at another salon for two years, but as the service went on, it was apparent she was not being truthful with me.  She did everything out of order and very awkwardly for my spa pedicure (this is the problem here for me, inconsistency, the price, the services, the order in which things are done on the pedicure chair etc.).  The same girl did my gel manicure and she did an okay job, the painting was not as "neat" as it would have been with one of the other more experience technicians. The last time I came in, I got a different person and she did things yet in a completely different order in the pedicure station.  The thing that was the big turn off this time is the hot wet towel leg wrap, the towels smelled bad, like dirty laundry.  that was a huge turn off and I will probably not be back here again. I want to rate this salon 3 stars, but I can't.  Here's why: The woman who did my pedicure (I believe she was either the owner or manager) wasn't careful in working on my cuticles, and scrubbed the soles of my feet so vigorously, she caused irritations on my feet. She also dropped the scrubbing pad (old-fashioned tools), picked it up off the floor, and proceeded to keep using it on my foot. Super lack of sanitation. As soon as I got home I washed my feet hoping to avoid an infection. I feel bad writing this because the pedi itself is nicely done, and the woman who did it was very pleasant. Read Less

I have been coming here off an on for years. I will stay here for awhile and then venture off somewhere else, and then somehow find my way back here. The "first" time I came back, I got a young woman named Nancy. Let me tell you, that woman is a god send. My nails looked PERFECT. Better then any nail salon I've gone to. The next couple times I've came here though, she is nowhere in sight. I have no idea what happened to her. I've gotten the same girl the last couple times now, and while she literally can do my nails in a half hour flat (the actual nails themselves come out amazing) I'm just not "wowwed" by them. I think it's the polish she uses on my nails. They look very "matte" and don't have that shiny look to them, even though they do while I'm there. I love coming here because the prices are fair, but it's annoying they only allow cash for tips. I usually come right after work and I don't have time to stop at the bank and take out money for a tip. Sometimes I forget and I've actually left and came back because I felt bad. I'm not one to not tip so it will weigh heavy on me if I don't give them a tip. You used to be able to tip through the card but they don't allow that anymore. That's my only gripe.
