So angry. Will try and post pics in comments. Came in under 2 weeks ago for a full set of acrylics, the price list says £25, I paid £38, but it was for my wedding so I just paid it. Showed my nan my nails and she pointed out my ring finger was really wonky, went back and someone filed it straight. Got married the next day, and my thumb nail broke on my wedding day. Went back on the Monday, asked for them to be removed and a full refund. You refused and instead fixed my broken nail. Today, not even a week later, my other thumb has snapped. I haven’t got time to come to your nail bar every few days so you can fix your shoddy work. This nail bar used to be my favourite. I don’t know what’s happened. DISGUSTING!!! First of all, the lady was so rude, she kept forcing me to get gel, i told Her no and she put the chain on nails in my face. I SAID NO. Second, of all, she kept answering phone calls during my session and telling me to hold on. Third, i said Coffin and in a long shape, It looks more like a square and they’re so small. If I could give 0 stars I would. First off - price of 35$ is not far off from most nail salons and I’ve had five star service at the same price point. Not even worth that. Manicure and pedicure was done in around half hour which is unusual. I guess the nail tech was upset I didn’t want her upsell to gel. Utensils are not properly sanitized and I had to refuse the very worn out looking pumice stone they use on every client. Lady didn’t know how to properly cut cuticles on either feet or hands. Very sloppy nail file job that left me with rough edges, sloppy paint jobs that also left me with bubbles all in my manicure and pedicure. Oh and the “massage“ was about thirty seconds of her rubbing around lotion with the water she didn’t dry from my hands and then from my feet. Pathetic excuse for a service overall. Worst part is I am pregnant and she didn’t offer to bring my shoes or my purse over from the chair to the drying station - watched another lady step on them in the process. Refused to give tip. Worst salon on earth I'm telling you now don't ever go they first do a terrible job in nails and are very aggressive and second most important thing I came in to try out their eye lash extensions and I did not like what I saw the lady managed to drop glue in my eyeball and underneath my eye as well like a huge amount of it I requested her to just take it off and what does she do she rips them out of my eye so you can imagine what else she was ripping off ... yes my actual lashes she did not have any material to take off the adhesive before ripping off basically all of my own eyelashes so yes now I have one eye that has no type of eyelashes they then left me in a room for 30min + and told me to hold a moist paper towel on my eye and yes I was in a lot of pain from her ripping off my eyelashes and she still managed to have left some of the extensions and a lot of glue in my eye so I basically had to find away to take off the glue by myself and as I walked up they still had the nerve to charge me for my nails :) I can say with the bottom of my heart WORST PLACE ON EARTH TP GO FOR ANY SERVICE I should have sued it was the most upsetting thing ever Read Less

I had my nails done here last Saturday because of medical conditions I have two other salons refused to do them before I found this one. Not only did the young lady do a fab job of the acrylics and the gel polish but over a week later they are still going strong, which is unusual for me because of my health issues and to top it off they were cheaper than other salons. The worst nail salon ever, avoid this place please. I didn't make an appointment so was happy that no customer was there. I asked them to make  manicure with the gel nail polish and asked how much it will be. People barely speak English and keep saying 20$ for the gel nail polish. Ok, the girl started polishing my nails without even cleaning and shaping them. I just waited thinking maybe they do it some other ways. After 5 minutes the girl said I'm done. That was a disaster, SERIOUSLY??????it looked like I had that gel polish for a month and came to fix it. When I asked her what was that, she told me that was 20$. Below I added pics of expectation vs. reality. I didn't expect my nails to look exactly like the inspo pic but this was no where close. My tech was so inattentive and worried about talking to her friends. I had to file my nails at home to even them out because they were supposed to be an almond shape but they were so uneven and jagged. I didn't mind that the color was off either. But the glitter ombre was terrible. You can't apply a glob of glitter and expect to be able to feather it out and look good. My gel was extremely uneven and lumpy. She asked if there's anything that needed to be fixed because she didn't want me to come back in to complain, so I called instead. The lack of care is so disappointing and I also won't be returning because this salon is extremely unsanitary. The techs all crowd in the door of the backroom and stare at you while eating their lunch. Not very relaxing at all. BUT on a brighter note, the same tech did my eyebrows which did come out great but she did trim into the shape of my eyebrow which is growing in weird. Read Less

I went in yesterday looking for an acrylic fill and the lady pretty much told me no and took off my nails and told me to pick a gel polish. Well now my nails are way too thin, cut too short and filed unevenly. On top of it, I only got a "gel manicure" and my friend got an acrylic fill, gel polish and her eyebrows done and it was $32. I paid $35 for her to give me something I didn't want. She told me it was $25 at first. This place is a scam and I plan on calling the bbb I'm so angry. Read Less

It was my 1st visit & What a horrible experience it was!! This place is so dirty, the nail tech tried to use the same file she used on my toes on my finger nails!!! they have food & garbage stacked around the corners and & the walls. The nail techs are like robots, they don't have basic manicure & pedicure knowledge & no edicecy! She had the nerve to try to use a drill! ( a literal tool drill not a manicuring drill). I have come here through friend's recommendation and love this place. It is spacious and nice. everyone is friendly, professional and attentive. Pro: convenient hours- open 7 days a week and till 9pm on weekdays even in some holidays. Sometimes they can take you right before it closes at 9pm. This salon has huge selection of gel nail polish and mood change colors. I am in love with the Mood colors as they are very kool, fun and beautiful.They do fast and amazing nail arts including free hand, customizing designs, great and painless eyebrows waxing. Eyebrows threading is also available. I got my gel nails done here and they always come out shiny, pretty and last for more than 3 weeks . Price is reasonable comparing to other salons nearby. Pedicure chairs for kids with special discount. My niece insists me to take her to the mall just to get the mani pedi here. So to encourage her do well at school I reward her one treat a month if she is in top 5 of the class and she always is since my promise :)Con: a bit noisy on the busy days. Always crowded at weekends. Waiting time is about 10 mins on Friday or Saturday afternoon. That is why I always call to make an appointment to come in at weekend. I had a horrible experience. I had acrylics put in and was charged $42 - when it was suppose to be $27. The nails came out crocked and some of them "dripped" and formed "drips" under it.  They use really cheap nail polish, the next day started chipping and it looked like I done it myself and forgot the top coat. Unsanitary, unorganized, and disgusting.I had grown my nails out for a month, when I went to this "Nail Studio" in Brass Mill Center. I went for a simple manicure and wrote this down. I finally sat down with my supposed technician Ken. It took a good few minute after I finally sat down for Ken to finish checking his laptop which was sat on the next desk over, and his phone. He first asked if I wanted to "even" out my nails--which is standard..and he cut them down to stubs. He started drilling at one pinky when I said "Wait! This is a manicure!" Needless to say I was upset.  Had he checked the paper and listened to me when I sat down the first time instead of checking his phone and laptop, he would have known.He started, and only took literally a minute to cut my cuticles. I haven't gotten a manicure in months, and most people know it takes a good manicurist at least 5-10 mins to cut them properly. He then had my wash my hands. I came back to wait yet ANOTHER 5 mins for him to check his laptop AGAIN and his cell phone AGAIN. Constantly in and out of his pocket. After awhile, he just put it on the desk so he could keep a constant eye on it.He started the "massage" portion. Again, most good manicurists take a good 3-5 mins on each hand. He took about 30 seconds on each (I wish I was joking) while looking at his watch the whole time. I then realized that he had taken off a piece of glove that he had on his thumb. It was an open cut that had been there awhile..probably due to the chemicals he deals with...IT WAS OFF. He was massaging my fingers with an open wound on his thumb. To the point that I could feel the layers of the skin. It was that deep, and moist because it had been under the rubber glove. It was disgusting, and told him to not bother with the polish. This is the best nail salon.  They do great acrylics, good waxing and amazing nail art!  I drive from NY to go to this nail salon and i'm an hour away.  I get tons of compliments on my nails and that makes it worth the drive.  I am very picky about my nails and they need to be  perfect and I have never had a bad manicure in the past 3 years.
