Nail polish peeled the next day. They waxed my chin but then waxed other areas of my chin without being asked and charged me for it. When I got to the car, I still had hair in the waxed area.

went in the morning for the first time, walked in & waited about 10min, i had richard & he did a good job, i like how the tub is cleaned & lined with a plastic cover, materials look clean, the desks where they do nails was dusty from dust that came from acrylic nails, but it was all over the lamp light and the leaves of these white plastic plants, they had a movie playing, overall it was an ok place

When I lived in Waterbury this was my favorite place! Only place I'd go to. They do everything so perfect and are super friendly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars I'd because wait time! Especially on weekends people start lining up an hour BEFORE they even open but the wait it worth it at the end .

If you are looking for a great pedicure request Richard and the NU pedicure. If you want a shellac manicure don't use anyone but Richard or Crystal. I paid $28 for just a cuticle cut & shellac polish....

I paid $28 for just a cuticle cut & shellac polish. The other girl didn't even give a one second message. In fact after soaking my previous shellac off there was no lotion involved at all! When I left there my hands looked like they belonged to a 90 year old woman.

I have been visiting this nail salon for about two years, and I can honestly say it's one of the best in the Greater Waterbury Area. All of the technicians provide great customer service, and actually take the time to get to know their customers. My shellac manicures last 3 weeks and NEVER chip, it's one of those rare blessings because they're super cheap. My pedicures are always very well done, and Crystal does amazing eyebrows. I have never left this nail salon dissatisfied, and I recommend it to all of my friends and relatives.

When I lived in Waterbury this was my favorite place! Only place I'd go to. They do everything so perfect and are super friendly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars I'd because wait time! Especially on weekends people start lining up an hour BEFORE they even open but the wait it worth it at the end .

I have been visiting this nail salon for about two years, and I can honestly say it's one of the best in the Greater Waterbury Area. All of the technicians provide great customer service, and actually take the time to get to know their customers. My shellac manicures last 3 weeks and NEVER chip, it's one of those rare blessings because they're super cheap. My pedicures are always very well done, and Crystal does amazing eyebrows. I have never left this nail salon dissatisfied, and I recommend it to all of my friends and relatives.
