Love this place. They take their time and are open to hearing what they can do better. The last time I went in there the lady I had (who shapes my nails perfect!) told me to tell them anytime I don't like something,so they know and can change it. I had an incredibly bad experience here. My sister brought me here to try a new nail salon. I got a regular manicure and spa pedicure. Their definition of spa pedicure is a normal pedicure with paraffin wax! $50 for them to stick my feet in wax! There was no scraping or anything. My feet still feel rough, and the nail polish is already chipping, after one day of being pretty darn inactive. Another thing. The scrubbing sponge that they scrubbed my feet with looked dirty, and the instruments that they took out of their "sterilizer, looked like they had debris on them. They reuse the nail files, and the tool to buff everyone's nails. The towels they wrapped my legs in had an awful smell, like they had been sitting in the washing machine for days. On to the manicure. The nail polish was chipping the same night. Understandably regular nail polish does not last as long as gel nail polish, but it should not be chipping yet. The male nail technician seemed unskilled in painting nails.  One thing that they did I found a little strange. They put my regular nail polish under UV light to dry. I have never seen this before.  I called today to express my concern and request a refund. They said they cannot give me a refund, because they, "put the time into it." Yes it did take time to do my nails horribly. I insisted on a refund and they said they could only do a polish change, but I live an hour away!  In addition, I would not let this salon touch my nails again! It will be a miracle if I don't develop some sort of infection or fungus as it is. I would not recommend this nail salon. Very friendly staff who is always happy to see me come back into the shop as a regular. I've had manicures, gel nails, pedicures and my eyebrows done here many times, and am always very pleased with the results. Very clean workstations and they recently did a remodel, which is really nice. Read Less

I had a very bad experience here. The first time I went I left with my nails and toenails not looking great, but passable. The girl doing the pedicure was in high school so that gives you an idea of her experience level. Then the fingernail tech named Tiffany didn't really seem to know what she was doing in regards to my pink and white full set. She had a sloppy file technique and dabbed white polish on at the very end resulting in a less-than-uniform look. My second (and last) trip here I went for a refill. This time it was a different nail tech and she did the pink part only in about 35 minutes, probably because there were a lot of people waiting. This is where my nightmare began...due to her rush job and terrible filing, possibly also dirty tools as other reviewer mentioned, I developed an ingrown nail ON MY PINKY NAIL!!
