I had infills with shellac and toes... literally the next day the varnish on my toes started to come off and my shellac on my nails has peeled off round the top and has gone completely dull.. i have infills in Lotus nails 5 mins away every 3 weeks but they were so busy so I came here and my nails go the full 3 weeks at Lotus.. so disappointed in the nails boutique.. it makes me think the products used are not legit as real shellac does not peel of after a day or 2!! Had shellac nails done last Saturday, the next day one of them chipped. A week later another five nails have either chipped or lifted off. I have shellac nails done regularly and they have never lasted such a short time. Very very disappointed. Read Less

Not the worst place I've gotten a pedicure but definitely not the best. The staff was very friendly but didn't have the best skill. I just got a basic French pedicure and another lady (I think the owner) had to come help the girl paint on the white line because she couldn't do it and even then I wasant happy with the end result. I stopped here after my usual place (Green Tea) couldn't fit me in. I only had this one-hour window to fit in a mani. The woman who did my nails had no idea what she was doing. It might have been her first day, or a relative in town visiting. She didn't speak English. I keep my nails short and square, but she filed my nails down to nothing. I could see nail bed. And they weren't straight, all at different angles when you looked close. She pushed back my cuticles and didn't use the tool right, shaving a bit of my nail. She had to ask the owner several times what step came next. Totally lost. In the end the shop owner had to come over and repaint my nails and fix the shaved bits that she's done. Iris Nail is one of the best finds for getting your feet or hands done. They are a joy to be around, other places I have gone to take your money and on to the next person. For $25 you get a complete spa treatment for your tired feet and you feel like a queen. The staff is friendly and the place is so clean you can eat off the floors. My daughter and I went to Iris on a Thursday morning. The owner was rude and rushed us along not asking what we were looking for. She told a gentleman that we were both getting a mani and pedi - not what I was trying to ask for. My 8 yr old was then shuffled between four people for a basic mani - pedi. When the time came for my shellac mani- I was sent to yet another woman while my daughter waited for the fourth person to finish her mani! As for mine, my nails are all different lengths and two of my nails are only half painted! If this weren't enough, the girls doing nails were speaking to each other in Spanish about how big a joke their job was and how they didn't get paid enough. One girl said to me that she was so confused as the owner seems to change policy on a daily basis. We will not be going back!!! Read Less

Came in for a pedicure over the holiday. It was more money they said because it was a holiday, nails cut too short, massage on legs lasted about a minute. I saw everyone else get a back massage when their services were done. I did not get one. Read Less

I went for pedicures with my mom for the first time yesterday. The first thing I noticed was we weren't ignored at the door...we were greeted with a smile, which is nice. The second thing I noticed is that it isn't commercialized, and it is smaller giving it a more personal feel. This place is also VERY CLEAN! Nothing skeeves me more than going to get your nails done and seeing grime..especially in the pedicure chairs. The pedi was wonderful complete with hot stone foot massage and salt scrub and massage for the calves. I full expected to pay through the nose, but the prices were beyond reasonable. Manicure and pedicure for $30! Clean and quiet setting with very nice staff. Pedicure includes hot stone massage. Brief neck and back massage while drying. Very accomodating, too. They don't turn you away if you walk in 10 minutes before they close. Other services offered as well. $8 eyebrow wax and they do the BEST job!
