They do a good job but they’re nail polish is awful. Paid a great deal for gel nail polish and have had to go back 4 times within the same week because the polish is peeling. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of someone having this experience. Their services are also more expensive than most nail salons. I will not be returning. And do not recommend going there. Having moved to Stratford about two years ago, I tried every nail salon in the area and never was impressed. I came here about a year ago, and have gone back twice a month for gel manicure or pedicure and my eyebrows.  Never disappointed, and never waited despite always being decently crowded. Twice I've gone back due to my gel polish chipping in the first two days, they immediately fixed it and apologized with no charge. Gel manicure lasts for almost three weeks even when I'm cleaning/working with kids/in retail every day. Read Less

I wish I could give this place zero stars due to my terrible experience. To begin, on their website it says they are open until 7:30, this is apparently not true. I got there at 6:30 and asked for a mani pedi, I was the only person there and immediately had 3 different people working on me while I sat in the pedicure chair, this was not at all relaxing or enjoyable. The pedicure was a complete rush, did not get any massaging of my feet and he barely painted half way down my nails. Then I moved onto the manicure which was just as rushed, she did not use lotion or a top coat, she cut the nails on an angle and they came out crooked. She did a terrible job but I had already paid and tipped so I tried to suck it up. About two minutes into drying a manicurist came over and began touching my nails, I pulled my hands away and explained that they were not dry yet and showed her that she had smudged two. Her solution to fixing this was dabbing a topcoat over the smudges which made them look worse. She then put the oil drops on my nails and a mere three minutes later came over with a paper towel and started wiping my nails, again smudging several of them. At this point I was beyond frustrated, I showed her that she had just smudged more and was clearly upset, she said come back tomorrow and she would fix it as they were going to close. Despite the terrible service I went back the next day, this time over an hour before close and the salon was not opened! There was no reason for it to be closed on a Wednesday and even the hours on the door said it should be opened. This was hands down the worst nail experience I have ever had, I completely wasted over $40 (they charge $5 to soak off gel polish by the way), I will NEVER be going back here and I strongly suggest no one else does either. What a friendly and helpful salon. My mother in law and I came for a mani/pedi for the holidays. She has been recovering from multiple surgeries and really needed a day of pampering. The staff was incredibly helpful with her mobility issues. The pedicure chairs were easy for her to get into. Everything was clean. The service rivaled that of a fancy upscale salon with none of the snobbery. My MIL rarely goes to salons but now wants to make this place a regular ritual. Definitely going to make this our go-to girls' day spot when I come to town. Read Less

Don't take your kids there or they'll get neglected! It was supposed to be a fun experience... I was getting gels, the poor kid was just getting a mani and they made her sit there for an hour and a half waiting on me.. They should of had another person take her or at least let her go first so she could dry her nails... They also put too much polish on my nail made it all bumpy and argued with me that it's fine. After I demanded it'll be fixed they made it a point that they are fixing it for free! This whole experience took entirely way to long and I probably won't be coming back :/ Read Less

This will be my new go to salon in Stratford. Very clean, no waiting, thorough pedicure (not too slow not too fast), loved the extra touch of paraffin wax on my heels while she applied polish. Very pleased. Read Less

I've been coming here for a few months and I've never had to wait. They always take their time, never rush and give awesome massages while your nails dry. They're all super nice and friendly, especially the owner. They're prices are 2-5 bucks more expensive than most nail salons but it's worth it! Read Less

First one lady was starting my pedicure and she switched with someone else during the process. Also, she put a 3rd coat on my 2 big toes but not on any other toes. It looks ridicules. 3rd, the prices just went up 2 weeks ago because I was in here about a month ago and got charged 8$ extra for the same pedicure I had weeks before. I won't come back here again. My mom and aunt go here so often that half the women in my family go! The staff is very nice and the prices are amazing but like every salon in CT the color selection is lacking. They aren't up on the new trends of polishes and designs but for a quality mani and pedi for a reasonable price I would recommend this place. Read Less
