I have been going to them for a few years, good service quick and the prices are reasonable. Rose does amazing work on the eyebrows and Sue is my go to girl for gel manicures. The only issue I have is them using the same stick to wax your eyebrows so I stopped getting my eyebrows done. The only thing I will have done is a manicure n pedicure. I wish I could give them no star!! This is the worst salon! The owners Andy & Rose are rude, sarcastic, unprofessional, & show offs when they have an audience. They don't listen when u have a specific request, they always have a slick or sarcastic remark, & are constantly telling you what you should get or do to your nails or lashes. I have very long nails & their acrylic is cheap or watered down, so my nails cracked on the sides & some actually broke off. When I said something Andy said it was whatever I was doing. I am usually ok with Rose n Andy. But between my last visit with my man and today's visit I'm a little perturbed. My tip to Hollywood Nails is to just finish an individual all the way through, from nails, pedicures, etc. No one she be in a nail salon for 3 or more hours, you tie up a person's day. Then I patently waited for you to finish someone's nails Rose, (mind you I was there from morning and it is now noon time, before this other young lady) , I say to you I need to g...o I have other errands to do, and you still went on , not caring what I said, and you did her eyebrows, The girl even told you to go ahead and finish me and you rudely ignored all request, no courtesy. This was the worst experience in my life!!! I requested individual eyelashes. The end result was me not being able to see with the eyelashes that the girl had put on. It felt like a fan on both of my eyes, plus I couldn't see correctly due to all the blue she had put underneath my own eyelashes. It did not look like individual lashes as they advertise at all!!! It was not save for me to leave driving. I expressed my pain and concerns to the owners and they refused to take the...m off, even though I was willing to pay. I was desparate, and scared. End result was not pretty (irritated eyes, depressed bc my eyes hurt and I lost the majority of my own eyelashes). The owners did not for once as a curtesy checked up on me or helped me, but instead demanded me to pay for the eyelashes and embarrassed me in front of the rest of the clients there.
