I really wanted my individual lash extensions removed so I came to this nail salon to have them removed. Now, I've had my extensions removed before and I had no problems. I walked in and asked to have them removed and I waited an hour for this 10 minute procedure. I lie down and she began putting lash remover on my lashes and a few minutes pass and she says I'm all set. I walk to my car and look in the mirror and see so much glue still on my lashes. There's even still extensions in my lashes, AND it looks like she actually went in and cut the extensions out. I've NEVER seen this happen before. It was really no big deal because I know they will grow back, but when I called to ask her about how she cut my eyelashes off she said "well that's not my problem".... come on now. I walked in to this place because I was in the area waiting for a friend and since I was planning on getting a manicure in the coming days I decided to walk in. I mean how can any nail salon get a manicure wrong considering they're so simple. Well unfortunately the women that did my manicure must have been in some type of rush she did a good job on the right hand making sure most of the cuticles were off, on the left hand she decided to do a quickie dabbed some cuticle remover I'm assuming and didn't even push my cuticles back, just said to wash my hands. I should've brought it up to her attention then but decided it can't be that bad. It  wasn't until the nail polish was applied that I realized my nails looked as if I would have done them. If I knew this is what I was walking into I would've just done them myself. I brought it up to her attention afterwards because I was quite upset but she just brushed me off with the excuse that someone must have cut your cuticles already. (I haven't received a manicure in two weeks) it was clear to me that she honestly couldn't careless. Being in the cosmetology industry I can understand that sometimes people may have bad days. But considering it was quite empty when I walked in, maybe a change in attitude will help retain great customers. Unfortunately I won't be coming back here anytime soon. Read Less

I absolutely love this salon. It isn't fancy, but it has such a welcoming and professional atmosphere that I keep coming back.  They are particularly skilled at applying false eyelashes.  I got them for a little extra glam for a gala I was attending.  They looked very natural and lasted about 2 weeks.  They are also pretty popular among the men for waxing and nail care. Lisa is the only person I trust with waxing my eyebrows! I have always been afraid to let anyone wax me until I met her, but she's amazing.  Make an appointment so that you don't have to wait!
