This place is such a hidden gem! Got lash extensions done by Ami and she is the sweetest person ever, very easy to talk to (I feel like I know her for much longer than one hour!) and very good at explaining things. When it comes to lashes, it's definitely quality over quantity - she looks at your natural lashes to see what length would suit you best, and she makes it look full without limiting how many lashes she puts on each eye. Her goal is to make it look right for you, and honestly I am so impressed! The lashes look so beautiful and they are so comfortable. Definitely recommend this place and will come here again for sure. Service here was exceptional too - I was waiting 5 mins (I didn't mind at all) and was already offered tea or coffee while they apologised for the wait. Definitely won me over! Its been so long since ive found a place that gives such great service, amazing results and even better prices. I have bleached and dyed my hair so many times i forgot what it looked like natural. To give it one star is truly a lot. Let me start by saying that the people who work there, owner included, are incredibly nice. However, their service is severely lacking, which is a shame. My friend and I got a deal from Groupon, which is why we went there in the first place. They have good products and they seemed legitimate. However, when we got there we were shocked that this was not a typical spa. It is in what appears to be a converted house (interesting atmosphere). It look the "technicians" more than 35 minutes just to get everything set up (note: we were the ONLY ones there). Getting set up included filling the red plastic buckets with pitchers of water for our pedicures. We were offered water or wine and a "snack", we both chose water and our snacks never came. The technicians were not exactly experts. They were very nice and definitely tried to make us comfortable and relaxed but had a hard time knowing which products to use at the appropriate times. They spent more time fixing mistakes with the polish than they did on the massages. Not sure what the oil was that they used on my legs, but they itched really bad (I think it was whatever product she mixed the oils with). The manicures were not any better. They were still lost on what products to use, I never got lotion on my hands, when I left I still had some sea salt scrub on my hands (gross!) and I had fuzz from the cotton balls stuck in the nail polish. I also had glitter all over my hands from a bad color choice. We left the "salon" at 8:30 (the appt. was at 5:30) feeling disappointed, definitely not relaxed and a little grossed out honestly. I wish our experience had been better considering how nice everyone was and I wish they all had a better knowledge of how it works. I will be looking in to whether or not any of them are even certified (as there were not certificates anywhere in the place). Read Less

This place needs a lot of work (the location is also known as Fox Nails Day Spa). It is a relatively new business ( as of this last May) and the owner seems to be very inexperienced.  You can tell she is trying very hard to create a spa like atmosphere, but unfortunately, this is not a spa. The ladies working on your nails are also really friendly but inexperienced.  Customers are also given the option of fresh fruit or crackers and cheese, which would be nice if the fruit was actually fresh.  If you are driving, parking can be difficult to find.  They do allow you to park in a parking garage near by, but you need to make sure you ask for directions.  While I was there, another customer had to leave without getting her manicure ( as a part of her Groupon) because they were taking too long. They were kind enough to allow her to reschedule that appointment, but she was also forced to pay a gratuity charge of $11 for the service ( including food, beverage, and nail service)...which I have never heard of.  I'm not sure how they decide which customers need to pay that gratuity charge, but I was able to choose my own amount. As far as I know, tipping is not mandatory for unsatisfactory service.  Overhearing that conversation between the other customer and the owner was pretty awkward. The owner also did not have enough change for customers. From the begining, it was unorganized.  I needed to call multiple times to make an appointment, and it took them about 2 weeks to get back to me. The only reason why persisted was because I got a Living Social deal.  I almost feel bad giving such a poor review since they are clearly trying but still struggling, but this service is not worth the time or money.
