I was charged yesterday(5/29/2018) an extra $3 dollars for picking out an Essie Robinson egg blue color for my pedicure, and my pedicure was $25. I don't like making scenes, so I didn't, I just paid it. Is this normal for a salon, New policy? Plus, the lady that did my pedicure seemed really pissed when she realized her too was going on the debit card. I didn't realize there was a note asking if the tip could be in cash, until I sat down to dry my toes. They used to be really, really good since I was last there a couple of years ago, but they are beginning to slip. I gave 3 stars because the foot and leg massage was actually nice. Nails Hollywood, you have to go back to having better service. There is so much competition today. I did call the salon a few minutes ago, asked for the manager. The lady who answered the phone was kind-of rude. Told me she's very busy, she doesn't have time to talk I was asking her when tthe manager would be in. I was going to give them another chance, but next time, I'm just going to stop in and ask about that extra $3 charge for nail polish. I'm thinking it was a slow night, so she figured she'd get extra money out of me, damn shame!

HORRRIBLE! Don’t even deserve one start. The nail polish they use it’s literal paint for walls. It wasn’t glossy like it should be! The service is horrible they couldn’t even do a manicure the right away they were cleaning my cuticle literally In the air. Don’t go there!!!!! ....... if you are going to have a business and charge so much you should make sure your clients leave happy And with their nails done the right away. My nails chipped the same day.... they use “named brand” nail polish but in reality they just buy the cheap one and refill it.

Very friendly and genuine people but the services was not equivalent to the cost. I received a gel pedicure which was nearly $60, lets just say the overall experience wasn’t what I’m use to personally. Very rushed and not as precise with the cutting and the painting was uneven. My lady nicked me by cutting too close to my cuticle! She apologized and did it again to my other foot.
Like I stated lovely people but the service needs to be better!

Service across the board was HORRIBLE. And staff yells and complains to customers about not tipping even when they do their job poorly. Asked for a gel pedicure, woman initially and very frantically pulled me around the entire salon like she didn't know where I was to sit. I waited 10 minutes then as I was about to leave a man said frantically I'm almost done don't leave. So I stayed, my mistake. He messed up the first toe had to cmpletrly redo it. He barely shaped each nail and then did a poor paint job on GEL NAILS! I told him I didn't like the way it looked he said it was my toes. At checkout he professed "how much will you be adding as tip" I told him none and that I wasn't satisfied with the service. He began yelling that he survives off tips and that I must tip him. I told him fine I'll give you a tip but I won't be returning. HE KEPT TRYING TO ARGUE, so I said forget the tip, you're extremely rude and I won't be returning . Please take your money elsewhere, $60 wasted.

NEVER ever go here. I got a simple eyebrow and lip wax. When it was over I looked at the results and noticed that one eyebrow was now shorter than the other. I know for a fact they were not as short as they suddenly were. When I calmly acknowledged the difference the technician got very defensive saying she never touched that part of the eyebrow and kept telling me not to blame her. She was very rude. Rolling her eyes and when I went to pay she threw my debit card back at me. HORRIBLE customer service. If I could I would give zero stars.

They have rude employees and awful service. As soon as I walked in I had to wait about 20 minutes to get seated. Diana one of the employees asked me if I had ever gotten my nails done there and I said no. The man sitting next to me doing someone else's nails immediatley said "fuck you" because of my answer. I felt extremely uncomfortable and as soon as I asked him why he told me he didn't understand english. After that Diana saw someone else walk in and stopped doing my nails to do someone else's and told me to wait. Once I told the manager she told me I was "silly" because the man doesn't know what fuck you means. The man rang me out and I kept asking why he said that to me and started laughing in my face. Honestly the worst experience ever don't waste your time.

I've had gel manicures that look better after 3 weeks!! Polish doesn't go to the edges of the nails, is not smooth, and is all over my hands. I don't even understand how the tips of my nails don't have color on them!! The woman also kept telling me I needed to get my eyebrows trimmed (which is not the case). Never again!!!!

I couldn't possibly give this place a worse review... Total horror show1) They did the wrong thing--I wanted a nextgen dip powder manicure, which they said on the phone they could do, and which lasts 3 weeks for me with no chipping-- and instead used the stuff they use to fill in acrylic nails, which only lasted me 4 days before the first nail chipped and 1 week before they were all chipped. They also tried up-selling me on everything from the type of pedicure I was getting to the top coats they were using, asked me if I wanted any waxing, etc.2) the place is totally disgusting!! Old, dirty, everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned or touched in years. AND FOR THE GRAND FINALE.... THEY GAVE ME TOENAIL FUNGUS!!!! Been getting regular pedicures for at least 15 years and this is the first time in my life I had any issues with this.I'm not one to have regrets but I can easily say I 100% REGRET GOING HERE :-((((

Another 5. She was *originally* gonna charge me 90, but I had to convince her to drop it to 80 - she accepted... But then she rushed thru everything and my nails looked like absolute CRAP. You could easily see the powder, then she "covers it up" by putting a pink topcoat over it.... Yup I am totally serious!!! Week goes by - few nails are breaking. The one lady that was there fixed them for me and only charged me five bucks because she wanted to fix her coworkers mistakes - that was nice of her - that I'll give her credit on. Another week goes by - all my nails are breaking and look AWFUL. I go back - originally she said "$25", then she jacks it up and says $45....for a fill?! Are you kidding me?! I walked RIGHT the heck OUT. I gave this place a shot - NEVER EVER AGAIN! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Top three worst manicures of my life. I get my nails done religiously every Saturday morning for the last 11 years. Whoa right? This place is dirty. The woman who did my nails awkwardly stared at me the entire time, rushed through everything, did not want to cut my cuticles. "Just a push back right?" What does that even mean....tried pushing me to get my eye brows done, gel, massage, pedicure. Asked me if I had cash over my card. No massage during drying. Cheap dryers. Unsanitary tools. Unfriendly. Thank you come again...scratch that reverse it.

Overall appearance of this joint was run down and outdated. I sat in the pedicure chair and the jets did not work. The lady doing my pedicure droppedA bottle of something in the water, soaking me. She didn't take her time and I felt rushed. When it was time for my manicure, the lady soaked my hands in something that smelled like Windex. Just awful experience. Stay away.

zero stars for the worst mail experience of my life. i got a basic mani pedi eyebrow and i was asked 8 times about upgrading my choices, over the point of annoyance. the salon itself is very old and the whole time i was questioning how sanitary it was but i couldn't build the courage to walk out. the eyebrow waxing room had a chair and a pillow with a towel that was unchanged, gross and uncomfortable. the pedicure chair was atleast 15 years old, but the massage function still worked. i had to ask her to clean up the polish from my toes when she was done. then i got a manicure, which i needed to request she clean the dirt under my nails. then after receiving a manicure i sat down to dry and was inspecting my nails. i was appalled. i had polish all over my cuticles that i didn't notice because i was watching the movie they had on. i went back for her to clean it up and still after that there is polish on my fingers, i could have done it better myself. do not come here

Mind you the woman doing my nails had some sort of fungus going on since her nails were legit black, they dont wash their hands after using the bathroom and cough all over your hands. GROSS! Once all done i was charged $42.. She also Told me gel manicures last 2 weeks.. Thats a lie. Not even day 5 has finished and the gel chipped off and cracked. I went back in and told me it was my fault and to use gloves. And all she did was add a bit of color on the places where it chipped. Never going back for gel manicures. The young hispanic women there do an awesome job with pedis!!

Worst manicure I've ever had in my life! I needed to soak off a gel manicure and the woman made me soak my hands in nail polish remover for a half hour- which dried out my hands for about a week. Half way through soaking, she tells me it's an extra $10 to remove the gel ($11 if I use a credit card) but only $5 if I get another gel manicure. Ridiculous. Any other nail salon takes off gel for no charge. Then she proceeded to chip off the gel with a sharp tool while she chatted with her coworker for at least 25 minutes. I had to keep moving my hand in front of her to remind her she was giving me a manicure. One of the guys who works there was giving himself a pedicure while customers walked in...so unprofessional. Everything is so dirty and unsanitary. After my $25 manicure that was painted like a 2nd grader did it, I will NEVER go back here. Even if it was free! Stay away.

Manicure 10/ pedicure 25. Together only 30. They did not offer me a choice of pedicures, so I went with the regular pedi/mani special. I did not have an appointment so I had to wait about 20 min. It felt very rushed, and they did not do a good job on leg massages and removing calluses from my feet. Hardly any time spent on it. They did a great job with polishing. My manicure was just ok, but they once again did a great job with the polish. Again, felt very rushed. Fiji Nail Salon gives you a paraffin wax treatment as part of their service for the same price. I will probably go to Fiji for weekly manicures only. Going to try a new place for a pedicure.

By far worst gel manicure I've ever gotten!!! Rip off!!!!They originally told me it was $27, then it jumped up to $30, I was charged $32. It looks like a child did my nails!! Tools are not cleaned!!! I've had gel manicures that look better after 3 weeks!! Polish doesn't go to the edges of the nails, is not smooth, and is all over my hands. I don't even understand how the tips of my nails don't have color on them!! The woman also kept telling me I needed to get my eyebrows trimmed (which is not the case). Never again!!!!

I couldn't possibly give this place a worse review... Total horror show1) They did the wrong thing--I wanted a nextgen dip powder manicure, which they said on the phone they could do, and which lasts 3 weeks for me with no chipping-- and instead used the stuff they use to fill in acrylic nails, which only lasted me 4 days before the first nail chipped and 1 week before they were all chipped. They also tried up-selling me on everything from the type of pedicure I was getting to the top coats they were using, asked me if I wanted any waxing, etc.2) the place is totally disgusting!! Old, dirty, everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned or touched in years. AND FOR THE GRAND FINALE.... THEY GAVE ME TOENAIL FUNGUS!!!! Been getting regular pedicures for at least 15 years and this is the first time in my life I had any issues with this.I'm not one to have regrets but I can easily say I 100% REGRET GOING HERE :-((((

Total SCAM ARTISTS! First time - they got me and charged me $80 for tips, and a pedi. French tip? Oh extra 5 dollars, little white line over the tip of your toe? Extra 5 dollars. Extra coat? Another 5. She was *originally* gonna charge me 90, but I had to convince her to drop it to 80 - she accepted... But then she rushed thru everything and my nails looked like absolute CRAP. You could easily see the powder, then she "covers it up" by putting a pink topcoat over it.... Yup I am totally serious!!! Week goes by - few nails are breaking. The one lady that was there fixed them for me and only charged me five bucks because she wanted to fix her coworkers mistakes - that was nice of her - that I'll give her credit on. Another week goes by - all my nails are breaking and look AWFUL. I go back - originally she said "$25", then she jacks it up and says $45....for a fill?! Are you kidding me?! I walked RIGHT the heck OUT. I gave this place a shot - NEVER EVER AGAIN! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Top three worst manicures of my life. I get my nails done religiously every Saturday morning for the last 11 years. Whoa right? This place is dirty. The woman who did my nails awkwardly stared at me the entire time, rushed through everything, did not want to cut my cuticles. "Just a push back right?" What does that even mean....tried pushing me to get my eye brows done, gel, massage, pedicure. Asked me if I had cash over my card. No massage during drying. Cheap dryers. Unsanitary tools. Unfriendly. Thank you come again...scratch that reverse it.

I came here in a pinch on New Years Day because no other nail salons were open. I had a bad feeling about this place the minute I walked in. Overall appearance of this joint was run down and outdated....
I came here in a pinch on New Years Day because no other nail salons were open. I had a bad feeling about this place the minute I walked in. Overall appearance of this joint was run down and outdated. I sat in the pedicure chair and the jets did not work. The lady doing my pedicure droppedA bottle of something in the water, soaking me. She didn't take her time and I felt rushed. When it was time for my manicure, the lady soaked my hands in something that smelled like Windex. Just awful experience. Stay away.

zero stars for the worst mail experience of my life. i got a basic mani pedi eyebrow and i was asked 8 times about upgrading my choices, over the point of annoyance. the salon itself is very old and the whole time i was questioning how sanitary it was but i couldn't build the courage to walk out. the eyebrow waxing room had a chair and a pillow with a towel that was unchanged, gross and uncomfortable. the pedicure chair was atleast 15 years old, but the massage function still worked. i had to ask her to clean up the polish from my toes when she was done. then i got a manicure, which i needed to request she clean the dirt under my nails. then after receiving a manicure i sat down to dry and was inspecting my nails. i was appalled. i had polish all over my cuticles that i didn't notice because i was watching the movie they had on. i went back for her to clean it up and still after that there is polish on my fingers, i could have done it better myself. do not come here

Mind you the woman doing my nails had some sort of fungus going on since her nails were legit black, they dont wash their hands after using the bathroom and cough all over your hands. GROSS! Once all done i was charged $42.. She also Told me gel manicures last 2 weeks.. Thats a lie. Not even day 5 has finished and the gel chipped off and cracked. I went back in and told me it was my fault and to use gloves. And all she did was add a bit of color on the places where it chipped. Never going back for gel manicures. The young hispanic women there do an awesome job with pedis!!

Worst manicure I've ever had in my life! I needed to soak off a gel manicure and the woman made me soak my hands in nail polish remover for a half hour- which dried out my hands for about a week. Half way through soaking, she tells me it's an extra $10 to remove the gel ($11 if I use a credit card) but only $5 if I get another gel manicure. Ridiculous. Any other nail salon takes off gel for no charge. Then she proceeded to chip off the gel with a sharp tool while she chatted with her coworker for at least 25 minutes. I had to keep moving my hand in front of her to remind her she was giving me a manicure. One of the guys who works there was giving himself a pedicure while customers walked in...so unprofessional. Everything is so dirty and unsanitary. After my $25 manicure that was painted like a 2nd grader did it, I will NEVER go back here. Even if it was free! Stay away.

Manicure 10/ pedicure 25. Together only 30. They did not offer me a choice of pedicures, so I went with the regular pedi/mani special. I did not have an appointment so I had to wait about 20 min. It felt very rushed, and they did not do a good job on leg massages and removing calluses from my feet. Hardly any time spent on it. They did a great job with polishing. My manicure was just ok, but they once again did a great job with the polish. Again, felt very rushed. Fiji Nail Salon gives you a paraffin wax treatment as part of their service for the same price. I will probably go to Fiji for weekly manicures only. Going to try a new place for a pedicure.
