Horrible customer service. I just went in for a mani/pedi and was made to wait after my pedicure so that someone who walked in after me could get her pedicure

Why is it ok to walk into a salon ask for a mani pedi be told pick pit a color and then sit for 20 mins without anyone coming over? Answer? It is not. I think this shows a disrespect of their customer...

I had a great experience here. I received 2 massages while getting a manicure. I chipped my nails after 10 minutes of attempting to fixing my hair and they fixed them without hesitation.

I've been to this place twice both times to redeem a gift card. The first time I got the UV gel tips and two of them broke off in the first 24 hrs. Plus when you try to redeem a gift card they up the price so they get more cash.For example, I brought my sister for the prom special which was $25. When we went to use her $10 gift card they told us if we used the gift card it was $35. I don't know about you but gift cards are usually money someone else already paid so that when you use it you don't have to. So for them to up the price to get the same amount of money is a scam and I'm pretty it's illegal.

I am shocked to read these other reviews. First, "the two Hispanic girls" are so good at massages that I prefer going here over the high priced massages I get in the city. Second, it is completely inappropriate to identify workers by their race or ethnicity-- he's not even attempting to hide his bias. All of the employees here are professional and exceptionally good at what they do. I've been a customer for the past three years and consistently experienced quality service. The salon is also very clean, and I think the woman who claimed it is "disgusting" in all capitals might be prone to negativity and hyperbole based on the tone of her post. This nail salon has many happy regulars like myself. My nails always look great, and I appreciate the friendly, familial atmosphere created by the technicians. Highly recommended!

Had a very bad experience. I asked if they did acrylic nails they said they did. After destroying my nails I realized I did not use actual acrylic. The reaction was very rude and unpleasant

Being from Massachusetts, this whole concept of a free back massage while your manicure dries is completely new to me. And I love it. Now at Coco, the massage happens both during the manicure.. and ...
Being from Massachusetts, this whole concept of a free back massage while your manicure dries is completely new to me. And I love it. Now at Coco, the massage happens both during the manicure.. and while drying. And it's amazing. Usually I am very fidgety during a manicure session.. but with the massage distracting me, I almost wished it went on longer.Coco is super clean, and very comfortable. The ladies are all very friendly and just happy to assist. And, the manicure lasted almost a week.. which for me, is something of a record. So worth the $10. Every week.

I am shocked to read these other reviews. First, "the two Hispanic girls" are so good at massages that I prefer going here over the high priced massages I get in the city. Now at Coco, the massage happens both during the manicure.. and while drying. And it's amazing.
