I went yesterday for a pedicure I got stung by something while in the chair and the girl who I was working with just sat there and stared at me . I finally told her she should tell the owner and the owner brought me an ice bag at least . The girl who did my pedi had a terrible personality and did not say very much during my session . I have had dozens of massages, probably 100s if I count my medicallyrics required  treatments. My experience at Tips to Toes, and massage with Christine, was hands down the best massage I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, to the comfy robe and serene waiting room, from the massage room, to the actual massage, from the eye mask, to the quiet room afterwards, amazing. I recently went to Tips to Toes for a haircut. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. I waited 19 minutes exactly from the scheduled start of the appointment until the hairdresser came into the waiting room and said that she had just finished with her last client and was going to get herself some water. A few minutes later she came and got me for my haircut. I gave the hairdresser a few simple instructions; what length I wanted, " a few long layers", and "keep everything soft / no sharp edges". This is not what I got. Apparently she feathered my hair. To add insult to injury it wasn't even a good feather job like the kind I used to get in the 80's. In addition to the feathering there are big, blunt cuts or chucks throughout my hair. When I came home my husband asked "Are you a punk rocker now?" Not the reaction I was going for when I initially booked the appointment. I could forgive waiting 19 minutes from my scheduled time but this haircut will take months to grow out and get over.Read Less

Love the ambiance of this spa! And the staff is welcoming, accommodating, and always takes the time to customize the service for me. I've had many wonderful massages there and depending upon the particular time and whether I have aches and pains or just want to relax, they always get it right. Facials are my favorite and not only leave my skin feeling nourished and healthy but my spirit, too with the nurturing technique and aromatic scents of the high-end Yonka product line. I have been a customer for 5 years. The staff is wonderful. Its a very relaxing yet fun place to be. I really enjoy the hot stone massage. There are also many product scents for your pedicure. Apple is my personal preference. The facials are also good. Read Less

Just relocated from California and visited this spa on one of there Spa Deal Days and received a 50-minute massage. Loved it and would definitely go back even without the Deal. The Staff was very warm, welcoming and the atmosphere very relaxing. (Two-thumbs up)! Read Less
