It was a good experience my mother and I use to go to another nail salon and we had to looked for a new one because they had cut my mom, to over priced and never ever got my shape right and the first time coming here they were nice and welcoming the lady who did my mom’s nails was good she got her shape right and my mom didn’t get hurt or cut and the guy who did my nails did everything right and took his time to get it right too which was amazing they also had all the Mood changing colors!!!
My mother and I can’t wait to go back for our fills

Came here unplanned because I needed to get a quick pedicure between business trips. I usually go to a salon elsewhere but decided to stop here. Terrible. I will never come here again. I was one of 4 people getting a pedicure at the time and they were not consistent. I did not get any sort of foot or leg massage whatsoever and others did. The woman doing my nails clearly didn’t want to be, and was very short and harsh. She hurt me several times. She also got mad when my toe was too close to the others. Sorry I don’t have control over how my body is??? She also kept sighing heavily. The entire pedicure took 12 minutes (seriously). What a joke. Do not go here. My normal salon is infinitely better.
Update: now that I’m out of the salon and got a good look at my 12 minute pedicure- it’s awful. Bubbles and nails aren’t even fully covered.... unreal.

I went in last Friday for a fill and two days later I had two broken tips! The guy I went to made them so thin that they broke off... I have NEVER had a nail break on me before and I’ve been getting acrylic for years and years. He rushed through the whole service because it was busy which is why they came out so bad. He only had me put my nails under the UV once!! When all other times you do it at least 3 times per hand.. so my gel nail polish started to peel two days later as well. I went back in to get them fixed and another one broke on me the day after I got the other two fixed!! I WONT be going back.

Based on reviews you either love or hate it here. The only positive thing I can say is the nail color choices are different and unique. The place is dirty. My pedicure was basically a polish change and a little lotion on my legs. I would have at the very least like to soak my feet for more than 2 seconds. My manicure was rushed and they use a electronic file to remove my cuticles instead of pushing them back.Overall not worth $35.00.

Very upsetting to write this because I used to love coming here but today was just a waste of time... got my nails done the day before I left for vacation and got home just to realize that 3 of them were beyond crooked so I called them and asked if I could come in the next day to get them fixed. I couldn't make it due to work and leaving for my flight so I was just going to let it go. Then 2 days later while I'm on vacation the whole fake nail breaks half off and my actual nail was still left behind. She claimed it was because I hit my nail on something which I didn't and if I did my whole nail would have broken off not just the thick acrylic on top. She said it was my fingers that were crooked when I never had a problem with crooked nails before. She didn't fix the other crooked ones and still had the audacity to charge me for the broken nail at the end. I was willing to continue being a loyal customer but when they can't stand by their work and charge you for their mistakes I just can't deal with that. I've never been more disappointed in a business and it takes a lot to make me upset.

I'm glad someone gave me a gift certificate to this place so I didn't waste my money. They did a terrible job, I'm not sure how they are still in business. All the workers also scream at each other from across the salon and it's very uncomfortable. Definitely will not be going back here.

I have always had problems with my nails! After a week, if I get that far, some or most of my nails are off. After having a negative experience at another salon in Southington I figured I'd try out Ace. By far the best decision I've ever made! Howie is fantastic! He is the only one that I've had work on my nails who has been able to address why I've always had so many problems with my nails! My full set lasted almost 3 weeks- no lifting, no breaking! Absolutely perfect! Also, everybody is very nice and accommodating. Best salon I've been to in all my years and I am going to be a loyal customer!

Worst experience ever, my nails looked terrible. Nothing like I asked for was told the Gel would hold longer so I paid extra and within a week the white tip french was chipping and looking terrible. I had to go get my nails redone and reshaped less then 2 weeks later. TERRIBLE will never be going here ever again.

This place does a great job at eyebrows and nails, very fast and great work. The pedicures are lacking for the price, there are no options given, they simply do a very boring, fast pedicure. The girls are all fantastic and I am so happy with the service and my fills and eyebrows that I suck it up and get my pedicures there still. They are always so packed in there that sometimes you cant sit because so many people are waiting, but not for long, they get everyone moving fast! I love them!---I just wish they would step up their pedicures!

It was a good experience my mother and I use to go to another nail salon and we had to looked for a new one because they had cut my mom, to over priced and never ever got my shape right and the first time coming here they were nice and welcoming the lady who did my mom’s nails was good she got her shape right and my mom didn’t get hurt or cut and the guy who did my nails did everything right and took his time to get it right too which was amazing they also had all the Mood changing colors!!!
My mother and I can’t wait to go back for our fills

Came here unplanned because I needed to get a quick pedicure between business trips. I usually go to a salon elsewhere but decided to stop here. Terrible. I will never come here again. I was one of 4 people getting a pedicure at the time and they were not consistent. I did not get any sort of foot or leg massage whatsoever and others did. The woman doing my nails clearly didn’t want to be, and was very short and harsh. She hurt me several times. She also got mad when my toe was too close to the others. Sorry I don’t have control over how my body is??? She also kept sighing heavily. The entire pedicure took 12 minutes (seriously). What a joke. Do not go here. My normal salon is infinitely better.

Very upsetting to write this because I used to love coming here but today was just a waste of time... got my nails done the day before I left for vacation and got home just to realize that 3 of them were beyond crooked so I called them and asked if I could come in the next day to get them fixed. I couldn't make it due to work and leaving for my flight so I was just going to let it go. Then 2 days later while I'm on vacation the whole fake nail breaks half off and my actual nail was still left behind. This place does a great job at eyebrows and nails, very fast and great work. The pedicures are lacking for the price, there are no options given, they simply do a very boring, fast pedicure. The girls are all fantastic and I am so happy with the service and my fills and eyebrows that I suck it up and get my pedicures there still. They are always so packed in there that sometimes you cant sit because so many people are waiting, but not for long, they get everyone moving fast! I love them!---I just wish they would step up their pedicures!
