Staff was not too friendly. Too rough when filing and cutting our cuticles. Never asked if the water was to hot. I came in and my arm was in a sling I told her don't massage my back and she attempted to do it two times. In addition their was no detail information on what the difference was from a spa pedicure verse a pedicure. Finally there was no sign to say that all tips had to be cash only. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

Ok so I very rarely give negative reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed. First off the woman doing my pedicure was new which I'm cool with and I feel like the pedicure was good and the polishing was sub par. There is paint all built up in my cuticles and down next to my nail. It was done yesterday and I already have to touch it up. That is not the biggest issue.the woman who did my gel manicure really damaged my nails. She filed way too far down on the sides of my nails while shaping them. Out of 10 fingers 7 of them are so far down that I will definitely be dealing with hang nails in the near future. I know that you are never suppose to file down those areas for that exact reason. For the amount of money it cost me to have them done I would hope they wouldn't cause more harm than good. Be careful if you get your nails done here and make sure you watch what they are doing. I was oblivious at the time having a convo with my mom. Don't be oblivious like me.

When I moved back to London I was a bit hesitant in terms of finding a good place to do my nails - which could replace the solid Asian nail salon I used to go in Amsterdam. I saw this Asian place as I was passing by and decided to give it a shot (to get gel/powder infills done).

I went to Sky Nails because they had done a good job in the past. The last time I went, they were twelve dollars more expensive than a new salon in town. I went to sky Nails instead of the less expensive new salon because I trusted them. I was there an hour and a half. It was not busy. There were only 5 customers there the entire time I was there. Not one of the nail technicians cleaned a thing during the whole hour and a half. The nail technicians were playing on their phones! I was afraid to get my nails done for a long time because if I couldn't rely on a place I had gone to a number of times before, I was afraid to try another salon. I hope your visit there is better than mine was.

Super friendly with amazing service. It's a treat every time I have a manicure. I did my own nails for years because I hadn't found a salon where I felt welcome rather than on a nail painting conveyor...
Super friendly with amazing service. It's a treat every time I have a manicure. I did my own nails for years because I hadn't found a salon where I felt welcome rather than on a nail painting conveyor belt. Now I have them done regularly. Oh and you have to try the massage chairs when you have a pedicure. Bliss!

Friendly service, great value and excellent treatments. Best manicure bar I have been to (having tried quite a few!). Gets busy on Saturdays so worth calling ahead to book.

Staff was not too friendly. Too rough when filing and cutting our cuticles. Never asked if the water was to hot. I came in and my arm was in a sling I told her don't massage my back and she attempted to do it two times. Ok so I very rarely give negative reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed. First off the woman doing my pedicure was new which I'm cool with and I feel like the pedicure was good and the polishing was sub par. Super friendly with amazing service. It's a treat every time I have a manicure. I did my own nails for years because I hadn't found a salon where I felt welcome rather than on a nail painting conveyor belt. Now I have them done regularly.
