Today was the first time I went to Deco Nails and it is the last. I took my daughter and her friend to get manicures and was told at the end it was going to be 10.00 more for each manicure and 20.00 more for my fill. When I refrenced the prices on the wall I was told they were old prices. My daughters friend went back in to get some of her money back and one of the men working there tried pulling her nails off. She is 13. I saw that this family was set to be deported and people rallied around to support them staying. Do we really want dishonest people that assault 13 yr olds in our country?

The best nail salon in the Farmington Valley - I have been going to Kris for over 10 years and would never go anywhere else. They are very professional, courteous and go out of their way to meet your needs. 5 stars for sure!!

I will only go to deco, their mani/pedis and massages are amazing. You may have to wait a little bit because they're super popular but it's so worth it.

not my favorite nail salon. Two of the women nail techs are always talking while doing my nails and do not pay attention. When I try to explain something they need to fix they don't understand me. Also i was getting my nails done and by 6:30 pm they were turning down the lights. Mind you they close at 7:30 according to their sign. When doing acrylic nails they use glue and shake on some powder. I told her one of the acrylic nails she put on was too large for my finger, didn't fix it. And she didn't even trim any of my cuticles. I am upset at myself for tipping her. within a day 3 of my nails have a chip at the top and nail polish coming off.

I gave Deco a try. I have had gel fill for almost three years. Within two days three of my nails had chipped on the tips where the gel had broken off exposing my nail. I filed them down and by the next day two more chipped. I called; they told me to come in at 11 and they would fix them free of charge. When I got there they told me they were too busy and that it would be at least 30 min. Then he looked at my nails and said that he wouldn't fix them free of charge bc he had only done a gel fill, not a full set. I told him I was willing to pay half- I was planning on tipping half the cost anyways- but he just kept repeating that it wasn't a full set so he wouldn't.This all in the middle of a salon of people while he was painting someones toes. Go to Victoria's across from the Shoppes at Farmington Valley. The owner Emma and her whole staff are the sweetest. The customer service is amazing. She stands by her quality. And she has only ever done a great job with no issues on my nails!!

My 2 daughters and I have been going to Deco Nails twice a month for years (almost 8!), and we will always go back. We have tried 4 other area nail salons (only when we rec'd gift certificates) but those salons we will not revisit. Yes, Deco gets busy - that is a testament of their popularity. Yes, there can be a language barrier - but not every foreigner masters our language or your demands, so know to be clear with your requests. I love the massages after even a simple manicure, and the waxing is very professional.

Today was the first time I went to Deco Nails and it is the last. I took my daughter and her friend to get manicures and was told at the end it was going to be 10.00 more for each manicure and 20.00 more for my fill. I gave Deco a try. I have had gel fill for almost three years. Within two days three of my nails had chipped on the tips where the gel had broken off exposing my nail. My 2 daughters and I have been going to Deco Nails twice a month for years (almost 8!), and we will always go back.
