I initially chose queen and polish due to their hygienic standards. They use sanitized tools from a sealed pouch, and wrapped pedicure tubs. The environment is impeccable, and they use exhaust fans for customer protection from fumes. I've never been to a nail salon that took so many steps for customer protection. This was my first time here but my sister and mom have been coming here for some time. It's super easy to get to if you live in White Hills and the salon is beautiful and clean. We made an appointment for 11am and they had plenty of staff available when we arrived. They have 10 pedicure chairs and about 10 manicure seats. The pedicure was amazing! For $25 you get paraffin on your heels, a great massage for approx 5 minutes, hot stones, and a scrub on your legs. The gel French manicure ($38) was wonderful as well....the girl took her time and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone had pretty good English where I didn't feel like I was confused on what they were saying. They talked just the right amount! They have a large amount of regular and gel polishes! The staff was super patient with my mother who insisted on making sure her gel nails matched the regular polish on her toes. The lady also did a KILLER job on my eyebrows ($8)! We were definitely not rushed during our time in the salon, even though it was busy (in the middle of the day). Overall, so happy this placed opened close to home. After seeing the positive reviews here and them being recommended by a friend I went there yesterday and fell in love! I am very picky when it comes to my nails and anyone waxing my eyebrows. My nails salon that I went to for 10 years closed so I was in need of a new salon that did what my old place did. I got the gel powder and they use nexgen which is by far my favorite. With it i got the full manicure treatment which my old place did not. They shaped my nails perfect...ly and point on with how the powder went on. With how well she did my nails (Amy) I felt confident enough to let her do my eyebrows. When she did them honestly I still tear up every time but she was so gentle that for the first time I didn't and they came out perfect! I highly recommend going here I will defiantly be back! When my mother and I had went to dinner across the plaza and had gotten out it was around quarter after seven on a Saturday night and we walked up to the doors and they still took us (we had gotten pedicures) and they really took their time and didn't rush whatsoever.
