I came here to get my eyelashes done and I would've 100% have rather bought lashes myself and done it myself. The lady got so much glue in my eye that it was burning like crazy well after I was done. And I told her to do very dramatic looking eyelashes (long and concentrated) and she gave me the shittiest looking lashes. They are probably the same size as my natural lashes so it makes absolutely no sense. Save your money and go to someone who actually knows what they're doing. Read Less

The service is top notch bearing in mind I've just moved to slough. I've been going in with designs of my own and somehow the staff have done a great job each time. I came on a Saturday morning without an appointment and they were able to accomodate me just fine even though it was somewhat busy. The employees were very kind, and it was extremely clean inside. I have gone to the maidenhead store for over 5 years, and never had an problems and highly recommend them for their customer service and satisfaction. However had a shellac pedicure done on my nails on 05 September, 12 days later the colour has faded. On my nails is the same colour I had on my feet) yes I have been on holiday and suncream can ruin the colour but I can assure you you handle more suncream with your hands than your feet so why has the colour not done this on m...y nails - and it's because I've seen it with my own eyes - the colours are watered down with Aceton, I don't do this with the products I have at home - which is what I did with my hands. And as I have done the shellac course I know that this will break done the colour polymers - as that is what Aceton does to shellac. I called the slough store and booked to have this looked at for 11, it was 11.15 before I got served and then was told that guarentee would only last for 5 days, so no refund or having them re done would be offered but they could buff them down - which ruins the state of my natural nails as CND also only recommend filing the free edge, and this isn't doing the shellac correctly. Also I was incorrectly charged £25 for this as on the website it says £22 for this service. Very rude and dismissive staff members are also in the slough store. You've just lost a loyal customer! Sarah, Michelle and several other familiar faces are gone. Sarah was very generous, giving free massages and discount coupons. Those freebies are gone. During my visit I noticed one of the male employees wore a very grubby tshirt and sweat pants. Employees constantly take personal phone calls. The overall professionalism is gone. This is the only nail salon I trust. Their gel manicures last for weeks! They are SO attentive to every single detail and value customer service more than any other salon I have been to. One time I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to start my pedicure because they were very busy and they did a free keratin treatment on my legs while I was waiting! I've been to many other nail salons in the area but Nails by Jenny is by FAR the best. My mom has been going here religiously for years, and now I understand why! They are spot on with everything. I was recommended to NBJ from our realtor.  We just moved here and she has been telling me about places to go.  I went once for a pedi and once for a mani.  There wasn't a long wait, my nails look excellent and they even give you a massage while your nails are drying!!!!! Another thing I loved was the price!!!! he is so much less expensive than what I am use to, so now I will be able to get my nails done much more often! I highly recommend NBJ!!! I've been there a few times and agree with a  prior review: "The owner (I think?) means well but she is quite abrasive to customers and employees.  The employees seem unhappy there is no joy in the salon." I consistently go to Jenny's. I have never taken the time to write a review. Today, because I was short on time and couldn't get across town, I visited Aristo. What a huge disappointment. After years at Jenny's, I have very high expectations of my nail technician - from attitude to cleanliness and service. Sara who runs/owns Jenny's is one tough cookie. She takes a lot of flack for being hard on her staff. Now I understand why Nails by Jenny is so far superior in Ridgefield.
