I can't even begin... this is the best nail salon I have ever been to! These guys have not only a fabulous facility, clean, hygienic, but they have the customer service thing to an art! I'm impressed! Currently receiving the best pedicure I've probably ever had. Saturday I had the powder dip nails done, something on the newer side of things, they had just gotten a new product and the top coat that was sent wasn't the right one. They did the best they could and put a gel top coat on. Yesterday (Sunday) the gel was peeling off, I was at work and not able to come back in, but THEY called me and said they went out and got the correct top coat and to come back if I could. I didn't even have to call. I was floored they actually called me to correct it and not me having to come back a little frustrated. They blow Adam Broderick out of the water (right next door). I found my new nail home! 10/10! Read Less

I understand it was a busy day, as school starts tomorrow, and a lot of moms were taking their girls for manicures and pedicures. I had Cici, who was completely disinterested in doing my mani/pedi. When she did the calf and foot massage, she barely but any pressure on, and basically called it in.  When she asked me a question, she spoke so softly that I couldn't hear her. I asked her to repeat what she asked me 4 times. When I asked Cici to get a spot of dirt from under my nail, she snapped at me. When she took my credit card, and went to the counter, I quickly picked up the cuticle cutter to correct what she had done. On busy days, one would expect a manager to be there, but I did not see anybody. Ridgefield has a lot of nail salons. I suggest trying another one. Read Less

I visited Chloe's for the first time today for a gel manicure and pedicure. Overall I was very happy with my experience. I was looking for a nail salon in Ridgefield and decided to try this one based on the Yelp reviews. When I walked in I was welcomed and it seemed nice and clean at first glance. My pedicure was the spa lavender option which was done a little differently then I'm used to. The man who did it (can't recall his name) was gentle and thorough with the exfoliation, massage and treatment on my legs, which was great. I do wish there was more attention to the bottom of my feet and calluses, especially since I haven't had a pedicure in a few months, and it's a bit pricier than I'm used to ($55 vs $40 at my usual spot), but it may be standard based on the area. Maybe they have an add-on for callus removal, but as a "spa pedicure" you're already getting an upgrade so I feel like something like that should be included. The instruments were unwrapped from plastic and were sterile which is always great to see. My manicure was done by Nina, who seemed very experienced and took the time to explain things to me to enhance my nail health. I came in with my own long nails and a uv fill over them to help prevent them from breaking. I decided to have them cut short, so she filed down most of the fill but still left a little since my nails have become weak. She did a nice job shaping and painting and making sure everything was perfect. I appreciated that. Her instruments though did not seem sterile, which made me a little uneasy. My manicure was $30 + an additional $10 to file down the fill. Again, a little more than I was expecting (I usually pay $25 for a gel manicure with fill). Nina was also nice enough to give me two coupons toward my next visit and had me sign up for their rewards program. She may have gotten the sense I was a little surprised about the cost, though I didn't make a fuss about it, haha. Overall it was a very pleasant way to spend my Sunday afternoon, and whenever I need to get my nails done while in Ridgefield, this will be the place I go to. Read Less

Booked two manicures (one for me, one for my grandmother) at 1130am today, as a spur of the moment treat.  When we walked in, the place was bustling- lots of people getting manicures AND pedicures.  Music plays in the background, but there are no televisions on the walls.  There are large, plush massaging chairs for people getting pedicures, as well as magazines.  We were pleased to see that they have a large selection of polish, including OPI, Zoya, and others, and also appeared to do both shellack and gel nails. We picked our polish, and were seated in manicure chairs immediately. It did take another 10-15 minutes of waiting until a nail technician came to help us, but since we were there together, that wasn't a big deal.  They started with my manicure, and I saw them get out a fresh, sealed tool pack and make the soaking liquid to soften my cuticles.  The technician was very conscientious, and made sure to ask me exactly what I was looking for (e.g, do you want your cuticles cut or just pushed back?  Do you want round or oval nails?  How short would you like? etc.).  During the manicure, they also incorporate a hand/arm massage with a fragrance-free (or at least, I couldn't smell anything) lotion which was lovely. I only wish I'd remembered to take off my watch and rings!Once they finished tidying up my nails, they paused so I had an opportunity to pay and wouldn't mess up my polish at the end.  I thought that was great- not every salon thinks to remind you!  They take credit cards (I used Visa, so not sure about Amex or Discover) for the manicure, but you'll want to have cash for tips.  For two of us, it was $20 plus tax!  Because it was our first time and we were not yet members, they also gave us each a $5 off coupon for next time.  Very cool! While I got my color done, a young woman came by and gave me a lovely massage.  She had great pressure and it felt wonderful!Once done, they took me over to the drying station.  My nails look lovely!  They got everything right, and no bumps, bubbles, or polish on my skin!  They carried my purse for me, and even were willing to reach into my jeans pocket to get my car key out when I realized I'd forgotten to before hand.  Everyone was really nice, and the person who greeted me when I came in also called out goodbye when we left - and even remembered my name!  Very personable!!!Between the price, the cleanliness and how friendly everyone was, I can't imagine finding much better!  I'll happily go back! OK, I hate to have to do this but I am doing the public a favor by being brutally honest.  I have been getting pedicures regularly for over a decade now and have tried probably near a hundred nail salons by now.  I've experienced everything from high end running close to $90 to low end $20.  I have difficult feet due to the way my nails grow (it started with the very first nail salon that I ever tried in my life and ever since they cut and shaped my nail, it's a like a vicious cycle of my nails never growing right unless I forgo pedicures permanently and just let my nail grow out to the natural shape).  I've had fancy looking nail salons screw up my nail so badly that I was in pain for 3 months, could hardly walk until I found this amazing Russian lady at a very high end city salon fix it and after going to her for a few years, from watching her, I learned how to fix my own nail when it doesn't grow right.  --I was fooled by the yelp reviews for Chloe.  Why all the perfect stars?  I went first time recently and was very disappointed. True I had just gotten a very good pedicure 2 weeks before from an out of town salon during traveling.  The guy who did my nails had no work to do because my last pedicure was sooo good other than repaint my nails.  Still I was disappointed.  No freebies like a good massage.  Paint job ok.  Still could have cleaned my cuticles and around my nails but no, none of that.  I thought did I just get someone on an off day because look at all the glowing yelp reviews.  I thought ok I'm never coming back.  Then I had a change of heart and thought maybe I need to Chloe a 2nd chance because I had come in with an excellent pedicure already so another 2 weeks went by (4 weeks from the time I got my excellent pedicure), and I thought ok this time surely I've got some gunk on my feet that needs to be taken care of and I got a different nail technician this time so I can assess better.  No cleaning of feet.  This time around I took a good look at all the tools that she took out and saw there was no instrument to clean around the nail.  Massage kind of mediocre but better than the guy.  I basically walked out with a new paint job albeit this woman did a better paint job than the first guy that I tried.  I am questioning the validity of these yelp reviews.  There is either bias, the other reviewers don't know what a real pedicure is suppose to be like, or maybe this salon never gave me the royal treatment that they gave to the other reviewers.  Note my 2nd visit, I noticed the woman next to me looked very unhappy with a grumpy expression and never made eye contact with her nail tech, looked down the whole time I was there, too so maybe something happened like a star nail technician left the job, change in management, I don't know.  I walked out knowing I completely wasted my money and time.  You won't see me ever again.  It is a rarity for me to even give a place a 2nd try so that tells you that I'm TELLING IT LIKE IT IS.
