This is a wonderful nail salon. It is owned and operated by monica, her sister Grace, and their sister-in-law. Because of this, these lovely women are dedicated to making sure you have the best possible experience. They are gracious, polite and great manicurist. The salon is very clean. They always make me feel at home when I come in. I’d recommend this nail salon to anyone. Be sure to make an appointment as they can be quite busy because they are so popular !

The girls at Nancy’s Nail are so wonderful. They are so sweet and work very hard to accommate all of their customers. They use the best products and do an excellent job on nails. You can see the time they put into their services and how thorough they are.
I think that everyone should try an understand others situation, and the previous review from Suzette...I think you should give them another chance. You won’t be sorry. Sometimes we are misunderstood. Come back later might have sounded rude to you, however some salons tell you yes yes wait and make you wait for a half hour , which could be worse. Sometimes a language barrier always can be tough and misunderstood. When you called that might have been the case. Hope that you can keep an open might and give them another chance. I have been going here for years, and the customer service here is the best I have seen experiences compared to other nail salons I have gone to!

Monica, grace and Evelyn are the best!!! The salon is clean and very inviting. They have a great color selection for gel and regular polish. Best nail salon in the new haven area!!!

Service wash rushed and unprofessional. My nails were filed so much my nailbeds hurt. Friendly workers but as soon as more customers came in everything was rushed and messy.

Nancy Nails is now owned by one of its former employees - Monica! Monica is a delight. She is friendly and charming and has introduced improvements to what was a good nail salon. Monica wants to make you comfortable, offering a pillow for the chair, and tea, water, coffee, etc. Prices are good: it is a comfortable salon with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. There are new products like a gentle gel remover so that your nails don't have to be filed down and weakened, also a finishing warm wax immersion that leaves your hands feeling wonderful. Try it!

We came here today as my friend booked our infills in for 1.30, We had to sit around until 2 to even be seen, (being spoken to rudely as to wether we wanted colour or not) They then made us both sit a...
We came here today as my friend booked our infills in for 1.30, We had to sit around until 2 to even be seen, (being spoken to rudely as to wether we wanted colour or not) They then made us both sit around for half hour while they started a walk in clients nails so the parking time had run out, Then had to move the car to then go back to have them painted.. I got charged £16 for 3 different colours on my nails and my friend got charged £19 just for white tips because it 'takes more time' did they not make us wait for TIME 2 n half bloody hours later...nails look shit and this will be the last place either of us will ever be going back to!!

Worse nail bar I have ever been to. I made an appointment for half 1 and they didn't seat me down until 2. Once the gentleman applied the acrylic he told me to sit down whilst he began a 'walk in' client. I was then running out of time in the car park because he decided to leave my nails un finished and begin someone else's nails. I had to move my car and come back just to get them painted... After 2 and a half hours spent in the salon he finally completed my service. They then charged me £3 extra for the nails to be painted because it took 'extra time'! I think they wasted my time more don't you? The nails were not even neat, I had paint all around my finger and acrylic on my skin. I was very dissapointed with the whole customer service and will not be going back!

This is a wonderful nail salon. It is owned and operated by monica, her sister Grace, and their sister-in-law. Because of this, these lovely women are dedicated to making sure you have the best possible experience. They are gracious, polite and great manicurist. The salon is very clean. They always make me feel at home when I come in. I’d recommend this nail salon to anyone. Be sure to make an appointment as they can be quite busy because they are so popular !

Worse nail bar I have ever been to. I made an appointment for half 1 and they didn't seat me down until 2. Once the gentleman applied the acrylic he told me to sit down whilst he began a 'walk in' client. I was then running out of time in the car park because he decided to leave my nails un finished and begin someone else's nails. I had to move my car and come back just to get them painted... After 2 and a half hours spent in the salon he finally completed my service. They then charged me £3 extra for the nails to be painted because it took 'extra time'!
