Do not go to this place to have anything done you will regret it. They are not careful and I have had my upper lip burned by them numerous times. I will never step foot in this place again I advise you to do the same and steer clear. Read Less

i walked in to get a broken acrylic nail fixed. there were 2 customers in there, one for brows and one for a pedi. the man working there says “tomorrow i’m busy” an sent me away when my nail is broken and finger is bruised. Read Less

If I could give​ this place a zero a would. I just​ got​t back after​  almost two hours of sitting there. No one greeted or talked to my friend and I for about a half an hour and another customer waiting told us to take a seat. When I tried to ask an employee a question as she walked right in front​ of me, she went and hid in the backroom for twenty minutes. My friend was also the last person they could do before closing the shop, but no one told us that. Instead, ​the same lady who ignored me earlier handed me a nail color ring. Read Less

If I can give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst, dirtiest place I have ever been to. I went to them for Valentine's Day for my eyebrows and they gave me a bacterial infection. It caused my skin around my eyebrows to get black and fall off! I now have a very nasty scar between my eyebrows. I sued them and because they are Vietnamese, they have several different names and don't show up to court when sued. Read Less

Be very careful at this place.... Had a pedicure here and 2 days later ended up with an infection on the bottom of my foot that has required heavy doses of antibiotics and 2 trips to the ER.  Not saying it definitely happened here but there were some unsanitary practices going on, that I was able to observe while in the pedicure chair and two days later??? This place is horrible. I went to get a normal $25 acrylic full set with a French manicure paint job ($5 extra). I noticed the lady doing my nails was not filing my actual nail enough but said they would not break after I showed concern. They looked ok when I left. No more than 24 hours they all popped off as if I had the cheap press on nails from the pharmacy. When I called to speak with the owner she would not provide a refund but I was to come back and talk to the lady that did my nails when she was scheduled to come in again (a week later almost). I found out this place rents their seats out to random people who say they do nails. This is not how it was run in the past or have I come across a place that does this. WORST BASIC MANICURE ANYONE could ever possibly receive. This place would get no stars at all for manicures if I could write a review without having to post one. I come here regularly enough for my eyebrows, for years. I decided to get a manicure, despite my inner voice telling me, "don't do it", and two weeks later I still regret it. Rather than just use a buffer to buff my nails, after trimming the cuticles, the man used the power tool used to sand down the nails before applying the acrylic or gel nails. I cringed at this at first, but thought,"maybe it's healthy for my nails", and shrugged it off. While I patiently waited to have my brows done, I was treated very rudely by impatient ignorant customers that talked around me to other clients rather than speak to me about who was next. The brow guru quickly regulated the rude individual, thankfully. While checking my nails to try, I saw that the polish became bubbly and I really wanted to have them reapply the polish, but I was in a hurry after waiting so long to have my brows done, that I left without tipping. Justified, I felt, but even more so when I went to take off the nail polish myself at home. It was as though the polish was glue and took me forever to remove! They used an old, gluey, blue polish in my natural nails. This place completely hacked-up my healthy nails! I'm still trying to get to gross polish removed from my cuticle area where the man sanded them down with the tool. I will never go to this place ever again for a manicure, and it really makes me want to find a new place to have my brows done at, too. Worst experience ever. Read Less

I have had my eyebrows done here for years. Joanne is the best in the area, and the others who fill in from time to time are wonderful as well. The price is around what you'd pay anywhere else. For eyebrows, I give this place 5 stars.Now, for nails, this place gets 1 star. I swore I'd never get my nails done here because their adherence to sanitation regulations seems questionable. That said, I stupidly stopped in for a manicure yesterday, because I was desperate, and it was convenient to my other errands. After a VERY hurried and haphazard manicure, I am still not convinced that they properly sanitize their instruments. In addition to this, the nail polish was applied right after the manicurist slathered my hands with lotion. (Everybody knows polish should be applied to clean, oil-free nails.) The paint job was such a mess and so goopily applied that I removed it already this morning. Bad, bad, bad! I also didn't appreciate how the manicurist tried to talk me into a pedicure and an eyebrow wax while I was trying to relax and enjoy my crappy manicure. Read Less
