If I could give them no stars I would! Came here for the first time and as soon as I walked in I thought it was strange that there was no board displaying the price of their services. After asking many questions, I was informed that they charge $40 for a full set. I knew massaging was included (hence the name nail and spa) so I thought it would be worth it.... after a week my nails keep chipping and cracking. Doing simple things like putting on my jeans makes them pop off. 2 nails popped off my finger while just walking and I had no idea until I looked down and seen half of my nail gone! I went to another place to get a refill and get the two nails fixed and the nail tech commented on how poorly done the shaping of the nails were along with the application of the nail. She did her best to glue them down as they were lifting very badly. Here I am 2 days later and 2 different nails from the original set done by this place have popped off!!!!!! I'm so furious that I am biting these off as i type this. I will never come here again and I advise you save your money and go elsewhere. I walked in one day to do a full-set for the first time in THIS nail & spa facility. Two days later, 3 nails chipped & tore. I came in again, explaining my problem and they "fixed" it only for one nail to rip off again only 1 day later. They told me that they would have to charge me to fix it. Their full-sets don't last a week and they think to charge THEIR poor quality. I paid $2 for their membership and then when I asked if I could receive refund for that after they asked me to pay for their poor quality, they said NO. Poor quality & poor customer service. Stopped in today for a gel mani, pedi and eyebrow wax. It was around 3pm and i was taken right away. My pedi was ok. The paint job itself was great but the scrub/lotioning was just ok. My gel mani came out great and I like that they don't scratch up your nails with that little drill thing. One thing I noticed though was when the women who was doing my nails went to clip my hang nails and skin around my nails she picked skin out of the clipper first so I'm pretty sure it wasn't clean. Besides that it was a good experience and the women who did my eyebrows did a good job too. Not sure if I'd come back since I usually go to NY nails in milford and they are extremely clean and give a much better pedi. Lady Nails is consistently and time efficient. They always have tons of color options available, friendly service and can squeeze in an appointment if you go in at "odd-hours" (in the morning or early afternoon on a weekday). I feel that their prices are fair for the area and all of their equipment is very clean -- Which is important! My regular pedicure was $25 and I have had it for about 3 weeks now with no chips! Also, I was running out of time so I last minute switched to getting a polish change instead of an entire manicure and the staff was 100% accommodating to this request. My polish on my fingers only lasted about a week, but I am a school teacher, so that is to be expected. In total, I paid around $33 and spent an hour in there tops! Whenever I am in the Orange or Milford area, Lady Nails is the first place I try to go to to get my nails done :). Read Less

Terrible place... never get your gel nails here !!! They did a terrible job for the price of $100 for just gel nails. Im crying how bad they cut me, and didnt handle the situation correctly. Very expensive for a untaste full job. Save yourselves a trip. Read Less

My absolute favorite place to get my nails done. I'm continuously impressed by their customer service. Once I messed up all my nails the day after I got them done.
