Everyone at Joanne's Nails is amazing. Henry is the only person I trust with my nails. He always takes great care of me and my requests (I often want crazy designs.) Tammy does my eyebrows and is fabulous. I have also gotten my pedicures done by different young ladies. I have never had an issue or complaint with their service. I highly recommend Joanne's Nails for all services.

Just went and got a regular manicure there because the nail salon that I usually go to was busy so I figured what the heck it’s only a manicure. First of all the owner Joann is nice but they suck at their job. She didn’t clean my cuticles all around my nails and she did an ok job painting them. The place is dirty!!!!!! The nail dryers had so much dust in them and the toilet was broken so they had the lid off so you could see inside the toilet!! I can’t believe people still go to this place!! Don’t recommend this place at all and I’m praying I don’t get an infection!

I got my eyebrows waxed here and they didn't wax the middle part? I thought waxing the middle was just standard with doing eyebrows. I guess not.

Joanne had went on vacation and left two other people in charge. I wanted to get my nails soaked off and get a new pink powder set. I sat and soaked my hands for an HOUR!!! turns out she put my hands ...
Joanne had went on vacation and left two other people in charge. I wanted to get my nails soaked off and get a new pink powder set. I sat and soaked my hands for an HOUR!!! turns out she put my hands in nail polish remover instead of acetone so they literally had to force and break my nails. While she was doing so she cut me!! Then proceeded to do my nails which she rushed while doing. I didn't like how they turned out and she charged me 47 dollars. Two weeks later 6 of my nails are broken one of them right down the middle. This was a fresh new set!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore.

When doing eyebrows she takes her time ! Shop is nice clean and spacious, haven't gotten my nails or feet done here yet.

I've been going to Joanne for over 10 years. Even before she had her own shop. Always professional and very friendly. Shop is always clean and her staff are also friendly.

I called ahead to Joannes to inquire about getting a full set of acrylic nails done. The woman who answered stated that yes they did acrylics. I asked if I would need to make an appointment, I was on my there from work and would be arriving in a half an hour. When I arrived there was nobody there, yet they told me they could not take me for an hour. After I stated that I would just leave they then said they could take me. The person doing my nails was not doing them the way I have ever had acrylic nails done. ( I have had them on and off for over 13 years) When they were not nearly half way done I asked if they would be able to fix one particular one that was bothering me, I did not like the way it looked. They looked at the nail and then at me and flat out ignored my request. I then stated that if they could not fix it they should just stop because it would be a waste of both of our time as I would take the off immediatly. After the person doing my nails held 3 of my fingers while working on other so I could not look at them I got up and left. I did leave some cash for the person who attempted to do them. Only when I was out the door did the owner come out from a closed off room and see what was wrong.
This was not my first time at this salon, I had previously gotten just a manicure there and that was an enjoyable experience. However, after the terrible customer service I got I will never return and am telling everyone else I know to not patron this establishment.

Everyone at Joanne's Nails is amazing. Henry is the only person I trust with my nails. He always takes great care of me and my requests (I often want crazy designs.) Tammy does my eyebrows and is fabulous. I have also gotten my pedicures done by different young ladies. I have never had an issue or complaint with their service. I highly recommend Joanne's Nails for all services.

Just went and got a regular manicure there because the nail salon that I usually go to was busy so I figured what the heck it’s only a manicure. First of all the owner Joann is nice but they suck at their job. She didn’t clean my cuticles all around my nails and she did an ok job painting them. The place is dirty!!!!!!
