Have been here multiple times and was always satisfied until recently. The last two times i got a gel manicure my entire nail was not painted and the polish popped right off my finger nail from simply placing my hand in my pocket. When my polish popped off my finger nail i went in the next day and they fixed it. However tonight I went to message them on facebook letting them know that my entire finger was not painted only to find that I had been blocked. They are knowledgeable and their aim is to please the client. My experiences at this establishment has been lukewarm, no one seems to be in charge and is not run very well. The people who work there are not friendly and never offer any conversation.Last time I was getting a manicure they tried to charge me $6.00 for a silk patch!!! And my shellac didn't last two weeks. I had high expectations based on Yelp reviews but I was disappointed.1- I had gel manicure which had to be removed. The person, who I guess is actually the owner of the place as well, had no idea what the first step (buffing the top coat) is. He soaked my nails without buffing!!! I made a huge mistake in assuming that maybe they are using a new polish removal or something that does not need buffing. 15 minutes later my previous gel nail polish was still in tact and the nail technician removed it by force! This damaged my nails pretty bad.I had a pedicure and a gel manicure. The nail technician was polite and friendly.Needless to say I will not be going back. Read Less

I have found my new nail salon! This place is great. I went for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. Prices are comparable for the area. Service and atmosphere were great. The facility and tools were clean. And my nails look great! I'll be back. A lot. Read Less

Outrageously clean and bright. I had a manicure that lasted longer than any standard manicure that I've ever had. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating is that the massage after my manicure left my neck in so much pain that I had ice it for a week. I even told the masseur to lighten up 3x. My neck was messed up pretty badly within 5 minutes of waking out the door. I called a half hour later to be sure they were licensed. Be sure to speak up if you're not comfortable with the massage. I am pregnant, and therefore cannot paint my own toes.  Salon was over staffed with plenty of technicians on a Saturday and I had no wait.  I indulged in the spa pedicure and this was by far the best pedicure I have ever had.  Highly recommend Lori for any service - he was attentive and kind.  Looking forward my next visit. Honestly I had such high expectations about this place after a friend told me she swears by it. The place is beautiful inside. Clean and very stylish. But you're obviously paying for the cost of the Reno. For $30 plus tax, I expected more especially when the place I have been going to in Madison is about $22 for a pedicure. My toes are ok. It went by fast. The leg massage was nice but they put a timer on so they know when to stop which was weird to me. They offer a free chair massage which of course I said yes to but it's not really free since you have to tip the massage person and the nail technician. So 42 bucks out the door I felt ripped off. The massage was very good but sitting in the chair straight up was awkward with the amount of pressure of the massage. Anyway I won't be returning. Read Less

My go-to nail spot- reasonably priced, good menu of services, ample parking.  In my humble opinion, one of the best nail salons on the Shoreline and even better than most back in Manhattan. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious. I appreciate the massage chairs and extensive and current color selection.  I have always had such a great experience every time that I've come to really look forward to my little indulgences here. The mini hot stone massage during the pedicure gives it that extra touch. The people are friendly and there's a fantastic complimentary massage (remember to return the generosity and tip well!).  I will surely miss this gem when I move back to New York. Read Less

First shellac manicure ever!!! I stopped in with a bride-to-be friend and the rest of the bridal party for some pre-wedding pampering. The salon was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully laid out. I felt so relaxed after my mani-pedi and ready help my friend walk down the aisle!I had a little bit of sticker shock on the shellac manicure price, but as someone that normally chips nail polish in a matter of minutes I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! It came out beautifully and despite everything going on, from hotel check ins to dinner to getting ready, it's stayed perfect.The staff are very friendly and attentive, and there was no waiting around between the pedicure and manicure that sometimes happens with a bigger group. Massage was great. Everyone was friendly. My particular nail tech seemed a little put out with me when trying to explain what I wanted. Then proceeded to huff and puff when I accidentally smeared the polish on my toes. Mani-pedi was $42 and charged $10 extra for glitter polish on the tips of toes and fingers, but not a true French or ombré, just very square and not very attractive. I would have asked them to fix it if it weren't for how impatient my nail tech seemed with me. The facility is fantastic and would possibly return if I had someone different working on me. Read Less
