I liked this place the first few times I’d gone. I think the pedicures are nice and they usually are good about taking walk ins. However, last few times I go to get a fill and they don’t push cuticles back so the nail base is uneven.. my nails are crooked and shaped differently, some nails aren’t painted entirely so I have blank spots... pretty unhappy with the way things have gone Read Less

When I went for the first time they were kind, they gave me a massage and everything was fine, I went for the second time and they were not so nice I attended a man and Lugo left me in the middle to attend to another, the one I attended was drawing my hand, I let him pass and the third time I went with a design and I attended the man and he did the same I left to attend to another and that woman does not know anything besides that he complained in his language with another who made fingernails to another girl and He did not do what I wanted and he still robbed me because I did not give him a tip and I still charge him my debit card. They are super nice the first few times you go, then they don't care about your business after awhile. I've been going there for a LONG time... tonight I rushed there after work for a fill (also had a nail fall off...Im ALWAYS missing a nail or 2 when i go back for a fill. Got there at 6:45, they close at 8. After every worker proceeded to look up at the clock they told me no...come back tomorrow. I went to a place close by & got taken right in, no problem. The new guy I went to showed me how 6 of my nails were all lifting really REALLY bad. As soon as he started 'sanding' them down, the were coming off in chunks. I'm all set with Lily's for awhile. Much happier with Dynasty. Cheaper too. AND they give you your OWN file & buffer to bring with you to each appointment which is waaaay more sanitary. Read Less

Ok so. I heard amazing things about this place so I told my friend I'd go with her because she always had a good experience but we're BOTH upset about what happened yesterday. I'll be leaving photos to show that 9 out of my ten nails have imperfections. I first had an issue when I told her my nails weren't the same lengths. She tried to show me they were but I showed her they weren't. She "fixed" everyone I asked but they still aren't the same length and from her trying to talk me out of it I didn't feel comfortable with saying anything again. Then when the acrylic was put on looking like lumps I told the man (they kept switching people also which didn't seem right to me) & he said it would be filed away. I was patient and they seemed better after filing but now I can see they're still too thick and also! It looks like they're already grown out because they didn't put the acrylic far back enough. It's not blended on any nail and they're all too thick and look overgrown when it's only been one day. MY FRIEND. Got gems on her nails and 2 have already fallen off and her also aren't fully filled in. Every salon I've been to makes sure the cuticles are pushed back to properly blend the acrylic to the real nail but this place didn't do that & seemed offended when I wanted something fixed. While I was there someone also came in saying the false $50 eyelash extensions were hanging off her face. I'm so disappointed and I wish I didn't go there but lesson learned. Since my go to nail salon closed down in the Bronx, I have been searching for another.  I've been all over. On a trip to visit my family in Norwich, I decided to get my nails done out of sheer desperation.  On suggestion from my cousin I went looking for the place she goes to. Instead I found Lily.  I LOVE this place.  My nails looked fabulous.  Gel tips were amazing and the technician was awesome.  Yes it's in another state but I am willing to go up there every few weeks to visit family AND get my nails done. They are awesome! The pricing is competitive. The color selections are great.  Lots of other treatments.  Don't go; RUN to Lily's!!! You won't regret it. Read Less

Was looking forward to a nice pedicure, get some designs on nails, etc.  It's  very clean and well staffed.  Only problem is that it was very difficult communicating with them, very little English.  Prices are a little bit higher than what I'm used to, but not terrible.  So now about the design on nails. They have on display very nice airbrush designs, but when I asked for it, I got stickers that you place on nails. The stuff you can buy regular store.  So ok. It's not the end of the world, not what I wanted, but hey.  Then I noticed after he was done that the stickers don't even match. When I told the staff they just replied, "it's ok. No match." So now I'm stuck with non-matching stickers. If you are a lady you know exactly why I'm not happy about this.  Will continue to look for a nail place in Norwich area.  Usually go to Hyacinth in Meriden. They are great. They just don't do pretty designs on nails. Read Less
