When I had my nails done the lady was very rough and caused me to bleed. She didn’t seem to understand I was in pain . Meanwhile another customer walked in and was very unhappy about her nails that they had done a few days earlier stating all the polish was coming off , they argued with her and it made me feel so uncomfortable. I will never go back

This is my first time writing a review for anything, but this place did a terrible job on my nails. I went in for a fill because the place I normally go to was booked. The same night one broke in half and the next day I noticed they already had smudge marks and chipping. And I sat there with them under the nail dryer/light for about 25 minutes. Also, I asked the lady if they were dry because the place I normally go to has different dryers that usually only take a max of 10 minutes and they always tell me when they are completely dry. They seem to rush and apply too little acrylic so the nails are thin. The prices seem to be lower than average, but it is not worth the awful job they do.

The lady who did my nails rushed. They don't have simple things like glitter or clear gel for nails. And the two she fixed (reason why I went there cause they were open on a Sunday) are miss shaped and longer then the rest. Avoid at all costs.

WORST NAIL SALON IN NORWICH. My sister and I got a fill omg I wanted to cry. The tips were huge and the lady kept blaming my nail bed on the problem. They didn't even care to fix ( not that I'd trust them ) plus my finger is in pain. I only have a star bc google requires it.

Not very clean. I received a funny look when I asked if I could have fresh and sanitized files and drill bits. I paid $37 dollars for an acrylic full set with gel polish. According to their price board a full set is $25 and gel polish is $7. I guess they thought the tip should be included in the price? I paid and then tipped the young lady who actually did my nails,because I wanted her to have the tip and not the man who cashed me out. I won't be back.

When I had my nails done the lady was very rough and caused me to bleed. She didn’t seem to understand I was in pain . Meanwhile another customer walked in and was very unhappy about her nails that they had done a few days earlier stating all the polish was coming off , they argued with her and it made me feel so uncomfortable. I will never go back

This is my first time writing a review for anything, but this place did a terrible job on my nails. I went in for a fill because the place I normally go to was booked. The same night one broke in half and the next day I noticed they already had smudge marks and chipping. And I sat there with them under the nail dryer/light for about 25 minutes. Also, I asked the lady if they were dry because the place I normally go to has different dryers that usually only take a max of 10 minutes and they always tell me when they are completely dry. They seem to rush and apply too little acrylic so the nails are thin. The prices seem to be lower than average, but it is not worth the awful job they do.

Not very clean. I received a funny look when I asked if I could have fresh and sanitized files and drill bits. I paid $37 dollars for an acrylic full set with gel polish.
