My gel manicure has lasted almost a month! That is unheard of now a days. Staff is so friendly and accommodating and they give a 10 minute massage with every pedicure and a free paraffin wax. This will definitely be my go to from now on. They’re fantastic. This is the standard all nail salons should live up to! Read Less

Here is the deal.  They are nice.  They are not cheap. They lure you in with a coupon, never to be honored again.  When they are busy, they get overwhelmed and you are waiting.  What annoys me is the nail joint tactics-and many nail places do this-they begin on your nails and then take off to do someone else's nails-so you are kind of at their mercy, OR they have two people doing you, and you feel guilty about not tipping both of them. I'm torn writing this review. This place deserves 2 stars for cleanliness and quality of the manicure but the people are super friendly in there. I swung by for a quick (or what I thought would be quick) gel manicure. They advertise $20 which is pretty cheap for the area. I was seated right away but after 2 minutes my nail technician left to go do someone's pedicure. I waited there for at least 10 minutes and literally almost left. Unfortunately, someone noticed me packing my stuff up and told someone else to take over. He was in the middle of someone else's manicure at the time and completely abandoned her, too!He did an okay job. Definitely was rushed, only did 2 coats of polish, and hastily dealt with my cuticles. The place was extremely hot - no air conditioning, and it looked dirty. I saw bits of skin from previous customers on the counter. DISGUSTING. You get what you pay for I guess...I will say that they do paraffin wax which is a nice treat but this has to be in the top 5 worst manicures I've ever gotten in my life. #sorrynotsorry Read Less

I absolutely love being greeted when I enter a business and these guys were cute, all shouting 'how are you?' When I entered. That already tells me that I will like this place. Then on top of that, I get a bottle of water :-)The service they provide is awesome. I have not gotten better manicure and pedicure anywhere else. Will definitely go back there again:) Read Less

I just came for the first time today because I had a coupon and was totally blown away. The entire staff greets you as you walk in, they are so sweet and friendly. They took such great care of my nails and I was so surprised when they massaged and did paraffin for no extra cost. I have been to a lot of nail salons and never felt so pampered. Started going there a month ago and really like it. Clean, apparently new owners. They are very nice and do a great job on my nails. I love the neck massage they give while I get my hands done. Last week I splurged for a foot massage in addition to a pedicure. Pure heaven. I want to move in there. Best is they have a card they sign...every 10th manicure is free. I like free. Read Less

New Coco, Lucky Nail..... This place keeps changing hands and names so I'm not sure what it should be listed under.  But I'm going to call it "The nail place between FedEx Office and Palette Grill on Main Avenue in Norwalk".  Now that we've got that straight......Nope.  No, thank you.  Smelly.  Couldn't get out of there fast enough.I swung in for a quickie cheapo mani because I was on that stretch of road.  I should have just turned on my heels and left when I was hit with a subtle-but-noticeable whiff of chemicals and cigarette smoke.  I didn't though - I'm a nice person (haha, I swear!) and was confused because I had been there before and it was just fine.  But then I was in the chair and things went downhill fast.  As the manager played on her phone and another employee plucked her eyebrows in a small mirror nearby, the male nail guy started taking off my polish without an ounce of efficiency, expertise or grace.  His light touch and lack of command gave me the willies. His cutting and filing was equally below par and he left one nail noticeable longer....and crooked. I certainly wasn't going to let him use that little hangnail and cuticle clipper!  No hand massage, thank God.  Rounding out the experience was his breath - like he had ripped through a pack of butts right before I arrived.  I "decided that I didn't feel like polish" and got the heck out of there.  Oh, and the wrapped orange candy I grabbed on the way out to sweeten my day?  It was a weird fruity caramel thing that I had to spit out in the parking lot.  Just saying.I swear I'm not being overly dramatic.  This place needs to change owners again fast.I'll remove this review if and when I hear that it's halfway decent again. There are no shortage of good nail salons in Fairfield County. This one stands out because the owner is a skilled and very good technician. She took over ownership of the salon recently and it's worth a try. You will not be disappointed. Read Less
