I used to go there and One day I was at the salon getting my nails done and I left her a tip and she told me it wasn't enough... I told her "excuse me"? I didn't know i was required to leave a certain amount. She is very rude and I've never stepped foot in there after that day. Read Less

Owner Trish threw my 81 year old mother out of the salon after starting her pedi because my mom mentioned that Trish had forgotten to deduct her balance on her gift card she had handed her the last time she was there.  My mom had been a patron of Helen's for over 10 years!  Trish told my mom that she would have to produce some sort of proof or there was nothing she would do about it.  My mom said she had her cancelled check but That wasn't good enough for Trish. My mom, being on a fixed income got upset and Trish started yelling and told her to " Get out now!". My mom still had gift certificates that my sister and I had given her that she couldn't use.  I went in today and got a nice mani & pedi. When it came time to pay I handed Trish the certificate and explained that it belonged to my mom, the 81 year old woman she had thrown out!  I tried to have a normal conversation about it to smooth things over.   She then proceeded to yell and in her words verbatim,  " and I throw you out too!" and she pushed me out the door. I told her not to worry. I have no intention of ever returning!  She should be ashamed of herself for disrespecting and stealing from a senior citizen that had been a loyal customer for over 10 years!! Read Less
