I am so frustrated with this place! I wanted French tip acrylics and he left nail polish from previous nails on and with the drill he kept hurting me. The nails are not smooth, not even, there's polish left on my fingers. I am not at all happy and without asking he put gel polish on and upcharged me. I did not ask for that and would not pay for it so he took it off. Then I was so unhappy with it I wanted them off and a refund and I went back in twice. I was talked down to, called a child, he fought with me. The other woman denied anything was wrong and refused to give my money back and refused to talk to me any further-they both sat down and ignored me. He would not accept the fact that I the client was not happy and would not do anything to fix it and was rude about it. I am so unhappy and will NEVER come back. Read Less

First time I went to Rose Nail design was about 6 months ago for a simple manicure and it was about 6pm during the week. She did a good job but the atmosphere was awful. there were 2 kids there under the age of 4 and it was annoying. I usually go and treat myself to a pedi or mani to get away from the kids.. but with the nail tech constantly stopping to take care of the kids it really ruined it for me. So I gave it another shot and had a pedicure and went in the middle of the day around 1:30 during the week thinking.. Maybe it was just one bad/off night.. nope same thing if not worst. she was stopping taking care of the kids.. stopped to get their lunch out of the microwave. She was so distracted she forgot to put on my base coat! Yea.. i wont be going there ever again. Read Less

The prices are the cheapest around. However, you get what you pay for. Speedy service. You'll be in and out in 30 minutes. There is usually only one person working, so, if someone is in that chair, you'll be waiting for a while. Read Less
