I am shocked with the way I was treated here! I asked one of the nail techs how much it would be to remove my gel nail polish she told me $7 so when I sat down she started to file down on my nails being very rough and careless when she was finishing up I asked if she could put clear polish over it.(which I didn’t mind paying extra for) Her response was that she was doing me a favor and told me to get up and wash my hands.
While I was drying my hands she rushed me before was even able to dry them and told me to sit down so she could paint my nails. Before she even started she demanded payment. At that point I told her not until it was done she was not happy with that response so just to have her stop making a scene I put my wallet on the table.
Once it was time to pay she took my card and gave me the receipt to sign. Whenever I come to nail salons I always tip but with how I was treated I did not. While I signed she looked over my shoulder and when I didn’t put a tip she demanded I give her a $1 which at that point I told how rude she was and she shouldn’t treat people like that. I would have given her a $3 tip and come back to give her service since I work near by but now she lost a tip and a cilent. And I’m pretty sure she was the owner.

I called ahead of time to verify if the shop closed at 8pm and told them I would be there at 7pm and they told me it was ok. I arrive at 7pm after paying for a taxi to get there just for them to turn me away with the worst attitude and told me to go somewhere else. I paid 25 bucks on a taxi for nothing. Worse service ever.

I was in need of a new nail spot today. My mom has been here before but not many times. Only two of the ladies really knew what they were doing. Wendy no longer works there and Lena is the best I would only recommend her if you had to go. The price is very cheap but you're paying for cheap nails they don't last very long. The ladies in there were rude and didn't want to be doing their jobs.

I really wish I ready the reviews before I came here. I made an appointment for me and my friend for Mani and Pedi for 6 pm. They wanted to take me first and I was like "No, that's why I made an appointment ". I reluctantly let her start my mani. 6:20 I said "is someone going to start my friend?" 6:45 my mani was done and now they wanted us both to take a seat in pedi chair. I paid for my mani and walked out. They didn't even offer an apology or a discount. The place is very unclean. I will never go back. The point of going for a mani pedi with you friend is to sit side by side and catch up. So disappointed and will NEVER go back. They let their greed get the better of them.

Today I went to do my nails. And it was a horrible experience. The lady that was doing my nail. Decided to do her own pedicure on her crusty feet while I'm there in her station, drying my nails. Then she got the nerve to tell me "let me see your hands" ohh no your not touching my hands with out you cleaning yours.. after you USED the same tools with out DISINFECTING Them. Horrible place . Not clean.. Would not recommended this place to no one . . How dare she try to touch my hands after her hands were all over her feet. Crusty feet. horrible place

I accompanied a friend who had a gift card here so we went to go get shellac nails done. The place was dirty, workstations look like they hadn't been cleaned in months, staff was not friendly. The color came out completely different. She selected #489 which was an antique purple and ended up with pink nails. Then the woman said that the gift card was too old and she wouldn't except it. Once we pointed out the gift cards do not expire and that's illegal, then they honored it but told her she still had to pay the tax out of her own pocket. Gift card should cover tax but at that point we didn't feel like arguing. When we pointed out the color was completely different and showed her on their color sample thing that it was a different color she told my friend that she was lucky that her nails came out pretty. Dirty, rude, awful service would never go back, would never recommend

I used to come here all the time because the service was good. Today I go in an it's busy so I place my name on the list. I only see one name before me so it's not a big deal if I wait a little. Afte...
I used to come here all the time because the service was good. Today I go in an it's busy so I place my name on the list. I only see one name before me so it's not a big deal if I wait a little. After sitting there for about 20 mins I'm approached by one of the techs and she informs me that it will 25 mins before I'm waited on. I think no big deal until 25 turns to an hour and a half. I asked the same nail techs how much longer. After speaking in Vietnamese she says another hour. By this time im super pissed. I asked her how come you told me 25 mins all she can say she is sorry and that all of the walk ins had appointmemts. Which was a lie because this lady came in and asked how long is the wait for a pedicure and they sat her right away. The fact that I was lied to and waited over 1 makes me upset. I wasn't asking for the most complicated service, but for an acrylic fill. I won't go back to them that's for sure!!!!

The absolute worst gel manicure I've ever received!! I was in the area and thought maybe I could stop here for a gel mani, bad idea. The older woman who seemed to not have dealt with gel before took a shot in the dark with me apparently. She saw my disappointment with my nails said sorry and told me to pay the full amount. Never again!!

Wasnt pleased with the service or communication. I wanted to get one nail fixed and they did not seem prepared to take me, when i asked , then when I walked into wait the lady acted like she was surprised that I wanted to get my nail fixed after i had just told her. When I had finished and paid , I got up from the chair walked toward the door and turned back for my gloves that had all of the sudden disappeared into thin air.

1.I have never seen a nail salon where tax was not included in the price.2.The nail person I got does not listen. 3. They used a reused thingamajig to separate your toes.4. The water was not hot or warm at all. I soaked my feet in hot water.5. If you like a blob of nail polish on your fingers (2 coats that look like you have acrylics on) then this is the place for you.I know, I know, I was desperate. I recently moved to Hartford and cannot find a decent mani pedi place. I have to drive down to Southern CT to go back to my old place....what a drive!

I am shocked with the way I was treated here! I asked one of the nail techs how much it would be to remove my gel nail polish she told me $7 so when I sat down she started to file down on my nails being very rough and careless when she was finishing up I asked if she could put clear polish over it.(which I didn’t mind paying extra for) Her response was that she was doing me a favor and told me to get up and wash my hands.

The absolute worst gel manicure I've ever received!! I was in the area and thought maybe I could stop here for a gel mani, bad idea.
