Came here for my eyebrow wax and said explicitly and repeatedly I didn't want there under eyebrow area to be waxed because it was growing in. Where did the waxing lady put wax? On the very area I told her to not wax. Then she tries to rip the hair off with a waxing strip. I seriously don't thing she spoke English and certainly didn't understand or listen to me. I'm in this situation because another waxed scalped my eyebrows and I've been growing them in slowly for a year. Stay away from this place. Read Less

My wife went there and they did her nails and polish, which never dried and 4 hours later started to peel off. She went back to have it done again and they wanted to use the same "old" polish which would have done the same thing. Said nothing more they can do and said to just leave. Extremely rude and needs lessons on how to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will never ever recommend them to my over 400 local clients! Very clean, nice atmosphere, seemingly polite & nice big screen TV. Massages while drying nails is nice. Hot stone leg massage, leg and foot massage nice. I came in for the first time excited to get gel nails with tip. They offer both powder gel set and UV nail set. I didn't know the difference but I knew i wanted gel with tip no powder. Somehow I got the powder gel set. I even asked the technician why he's using powder and he just said "that's how it is". I didn't want to complain. I also noticed that he didn't put a timer on the UV light and I felt my nails didn't get the full effect as my nails started chipping a couple of hours later and more the next day. I went back the next day to see if I can get it fixed and inquired about my "gel" nails...the manager was very rude to me. He ended up re-painting some of my nails (not all) in a rushed manner. Very satisfied with Nails Noble. I like the variety of gel and regular polishes. Not usually a long wait. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I love that they give massages after manicures - I've run into so many places now that don't do this and I look forward to it. I paid $64 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure today - giving 4 stars because I feel that's a little high but you get what you pay for and I look forward to going back. Read Less

This nail salon is my go-to for manicures or pedicures. The staff is consistently polite and inviting to customers. I sometimes make appointments, but even when I go as a walk-in, I am helped within a few minutes. They have a good variety of gel colors and regular polish choices. The pedicure area is always very clean, and I really enjoy the routine of this salon for their pedicures. The warm towels and hot stone rub is so relaxing. I find that my gel manicures last up to three weeks, more often around two, due to my nails growing quickly. I use a variety of brands of polishes, and I think Nails Noble staff do a great job with their treatments. Read Less

This is my first bad review. I am not one to complain or say negative things, but I feel my experience was so bad that I have to. I chose a nail polish that I was charged extra for. I was informed of that once my debit card was already charged for it. There was no sign nor was I told my a staff member that it cost extra. The nail technician that applied the nail color did a horrible job. It left my nails with bubbles and streaks. When I complained about it, she proceeded by adding a lot of top coat to try and cover it up. That made things even worse. I was so uncomfortable and dissatisfied that all I wanted to do is leave. The place is clean and very silent. Pedicure was ok, little difficult to communicate my desire style but the young girl took her time and did the best she could. I gave it a shot and went for a full set but must say their prices are not budget friendly at all. With the prices they charge I was expecting to see great work but didn't see the difference. First review on here and Nails Noble is the lucky one to get it!  Visited this salon for the first time today, and I am genuinely pleased with the final result!  I walked into this salon clueless about what to get because I wasn't able to get acrylic(after reading the reviews and learning that they don't do them anymore).  So I asked the guy who did my nails for a gel set.  He looked confused, but that was probably because I was confused, as this was my first time getting gel and probably didn't know what I was coming out of my own mouth.  I sat down in the chair and he went to work. Picking the right sized tip for each nail, and then proceeding with the process.  I watched him carefully, as I wanted to see how this whole gel procedure works.  It's similar to acrylic but with some small differences and without the potent fumes from the acrylic chemicals.  He put on the nails, pressed down and made sure the glue was making the nail stick to my natural nail.  After, he cut them. This was then followed by him  taking every finger and it's match from my other hand, placing one on top of the other, and checking to see if the cuts he made were the same length.  This action made me happy as he wanted to make sure each nail and it's pair was cut identical.  As my visit was nearing it's end he asked me what color gel polish I wanted. He then painted one hand, stuck it in the dryer and proceeded with my other hand.  This motion went on a few more times until each hand had the equal amount of coats, and equal amount of drying time. As one of my hands was drying for the final time he took the other and massaged it with this smooth lotion (THE MASSAGE WAS AMAZING, BTW!).   He then took my other hand (that was previously drying) and did the same.  Once each hand was massaged he then went into this little oven type thing and took out a warm, moist towel and gave me another massage to finish off my appointment.  The price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but it's definitely worth the money! Trust me! I read some pretty good reviews on this place, hence my choice to visit them.  My first experience here was by far the best salon experience, I've had!  The staff sure knows what they're doing and their customers mean a lot to them.  They make sure you're fully satisfied.  I will definitely go back here in the future. I've been on a serious search for a good nail salon lately because all the ones I've gone to for years are going down hill. ( which is extremely unfortunate) I enjoyed my pedicure! Especially the massage!! but I was completely taken aback when one of the employees came and took the scrub they just used to remove the dry skin from my feet and washed it in the sink.. No soap.. and then put it back in a pedicure bin. Note to self: Never get a pedicure there again!My manicure was good! Relaxing like the pedicure.. until she started painting them.. Let's just say not the best gel manicure to look at. I've had it on a week now because I haven't had time to go anywhere and the paint is still on so at least they have good quality polish. I came here without a reservation on a Sunday afternoon and was able to be seated for a pedicure right away. I was very pleased with the service, very clean, quiet and reasonably priced (42.50 for a regular mani/pedi). They also did a back massage while my nails dried. Ample parking is also a plus. PROS:  Salon was clean, there wasn't a wait.CONS:  I asked for a full acrylic set with French tips.  I got a confused look and told that they only did gel sets.  I reluctantly agreed.  The entire process took about two hours.  About an hour longer than it should have.  The Nail Tech wasn't talkative at all. Once I went to pay, I was told about the cash only tips.  Which is inconvenient.  Also I typically pay around $25 plus tip for a full acrylic set, the gel set was $53 plus tip.  So I paid the bill plus a $10 tip.  Now two days later my left middle fingernail has completely fallen off.  In my 9 years of getting acrylic sets I have NEVER had this happen.  I don't have time to go back to get it repaired.  I will not be back again.  Paying more shouldn't mean lower quality. I am so picky about my nails but I was over at West Farms and needed my nails done really, really bad. Used Yelp to find this spot and it was awesome! Under new ownership..loved it before, love it still. Had the pleasure of a walk-in manicure by the (unbeknownst to me at the time) new owner. He was thorough, gentle and precise. Complimentary massage as I sat at the dryer was entirely enjoyable. I'm already looking forward to going back! Read Less
