At 4:30 in the afternoon I found out that I needed my nails done for a job interview the next day.  I called several salons in New Milford and Star Nails was the only one that would stay open late to help me. My manicure lasted a week! I've been going back there every week since.  Lee and Ko, the husband wife team that own this salon, are so nice and do such amazing work.  I feel so happy when I leave their salon.  I've also noticed that they are very gentle and sweet with children in the salon. I have been to Star Nails in New Milford Ct 2x now. The shop is very clean and the 2 technitions are excellent at their craft. I highly recommend this salon. There is plenty of parking.  Great experence. You can get a message there too. Give them a call. Read Less

Way too expensive, uses cheap product and breaks easily. I have a set of acrylic put on with paint and a design. It took a little over two hours and I was waited on by an older lady while she yelled at a younger male the entire time while he was painting a little girl's nails. They appeared to be the only two in the entire shop which I found a bit odd. This was the first shop I tried since moving to New Milford. Basically, they sucked. The charged me $65 for a set, paint and design and once I was finished I broke two nails off while opening my car door. (I am not someone new to acrylics. I've been getting them on and off for around five years) Needless to say, I was unsatisfied and returned to the shop to have the nails taken off and to get a refund. I think the shop is meant more for mani/pedi for elder women who want a shop in the center of town because of the convenience. Read Less
