Not the best nail salon I've been to. The best nail artist in this salon would probablly be Liz but she doesn't like taking new clients so it's pointless. It's very small and crowded inside. It's an Asian nail salon not an American nail salon although there is an America girl that works there. I'd go here as last resort.

Staff is friendly but my nails kept lifting. I went back a day after to get them fixed and I was charged for a fill even though I explained I was there the day before.. not happy with this place.

Unprofessional and bad customer service. Called beforehand to see if there were any openings, where I was told yes. Came into the place and wasn’t greeted. I was looked at and not acknowledged after that point. Others cane in yet they were greeted and attended to. “All” that came through the door need to be acknowledged and respected if I’m going to spend my money.

This place is run by rude people who are disorganized and greedy. Made an appointment and they completely ignored the time. Said they would start in 5 minutes and 10 minutes later still had not started. Unapologetic after having me come back an hour later when I should have just gone to a reputable salon. GO ELSEWHERE!

I use to get my nails done (in general) and I love this place for sure. I reccomend it to all my friends who love getting their nails done. I always come HERE for my eyebrows. It's 8.50 total for the eyebrows waxing, I'm always happy with the results. Liz and Sonny are the best!

Not impressed at all. I went in on a snowy day and business is slow. They couldn't decided who would help me. Then within two days my clear gel polish manicure started to brown? Gross. Unfortunately the tech was nice but the place seemed dirty and quality is not good.

I'm going to have trouble finding someone like her at my next town, much less finding someone back home. 4 stars due to no privacy for waxing..

I was I think over excited to get my nails done... I had pretty high expectations for my pedicure and manicure, but then again, who doesn't? I got a pedicure and manicure and usually when I get a pedicure, I get a bit of a leg and foot massage as well. It is usually part of the package. However, this did not happen. It's no big deal, but I'm pregnant, and I'll take a rub when I can get it!The staff was super nice however! I had three people working on me, and they were all as sweet as can be!The price was right and french tips are only an additional $5!!!!! I don't know if I will be back. I will if I can't find another place!

I got a pedicure and manicure and usually when I get a pedicure, I get a bit of a leg and foot massage as well. It is usually part of the package. However, this did not happen. It's no big deal, but I'm pregnant, and I'll take a rub when I can get it!The staff was super nice however!
