I first tried this place a year ago and was very unimpressed and unhappy with my service. My natural nails had been filed down a lot and I had a hole on the side of one of them. The actual results of the sns were thick, lumpy, and uneven. I had some free time yesterday and was going to try a new place in Kyle. They were closed so I gave Sweet Nails another shot. I normally don't write reviews and yes I knowThat sounds cliche but I don't. Had a pedi and a full with the dipping powders. This place is awesome. My nails were nearly ruined from going to other popular nail places who shall remain nameless. They were very friendly, informative, gentle and they made sure I understood how the process works. I was getting my nails redone over and over again paying full price when I could've been just getting a fill. I really felt taken care of by Rose and the rest of the staff. I'm from California and was looking for a good nail salon when I'm visiting Connecticut.  I found Nail Solutions Salon on Yelp and it had great reviews.  I was very pleased with my nail service.  I got a new set of acrylics with a cute rhinestone decoration on my ring fingers.  Maciel was wonderful.  I'm recommending this place to everyone looking for a clean and pleasant nail salon who provides excellent service and quality work. I don't often write reviews but this place deserves it!  I've been looking for a local nail salon and I'm so glad Google directed me here. I was caught off guard when I walked in -- it was small, warm, and cozy, and everyone spoke Spanish.  I felt like I had walked into an intimate family get-together -- one where strangers are welcome too.  Bill greeted me at the door and within a few minutes Maria took me back to wax my eyebrows.  She did a great job, and even offered me coffee/tea/sodas.  Everyone was chatting and hugging and just generally happy-looking, like a cozy church community. (Turns out they actually are very involved in a local multi-cultural church.) Didn't know it at the time, but there is plenty of parking in the back, too. Great experience for last minute pedicure on the fly. I walked in and Mariel took me immediately. She is everything you dream about in customer service (and I know because I work in career training), made sure I was comfortable, bottle of water, massage chair on, water temp perfect, and so sweet and most importantly, my nails look great! Well, I don't know what their service is like because after I signed in and sat down, a lady came up to me and asked what I needed. I wanted a pedicure. I get them all the time. She said the techs were too small to handle my feet. Wtf! Your techs aren't any smaller than any other Asian nail tech. You effed up. I always tip very well. So disappointed. Ruined my whole day. Poor service attitude-poor job of original service, and infection developed in big toe and on thumb. Uneven polish on dirty nails--did not soak them or trim cuticles. Cut into nail bed on Thumb. They were reluctant to correct original poor service, and remedy was even less quality than original. Not worth the cost to drive there. Save nail health, go elsewhere. Read Less

I love this place! Yesterday I went and tried something different. I got SNS nails. The lady who was doing them was not a regular and when she finished I very unhappy with them. I'm not that person who makes a big deal but I had to say something. Tan who is a regular nail tech there offered to fix them and asked if I could come back the next day so she could fix my nails. Needless to say I am VERY pleased with how they came out! Tan didn't have to go that far but her customer service was GREAT! And this is why I love this place! Going back in 2 wks. #Happy Client! I got a baby boomer done here, I showed them a picture and no one told me how much it was my nails or short and uneven, they are short I didn't want to ask to fix the uneven nails because how short they are , already.. man I would never go back for 72.00 and not be happy.. Read Less
