Absolutely HORRIBLE. I went in for a gel fill. I knew I was going to have to wait being a walk in but the lady that did my nails rushed so fast. My nails look all wonky and horrible but since I did not notice til after I left they were already closed I did not get a chance to ask her to fix them. They are crooked not fully polished. One side is up on an angle the other side is looks like my real nail. It is so hard to find a good nail salon. But trust the reviews Avoid this place. I will NEVER go back. Read Less

I went after work to the guy who did my nails before that did good but this time i was very unhappy, as i was saying went on a weekday he did my nails and the next morning one of my nails cracked so i went straight to them and the lady who works next to the guy took me filed it said i had air in my nail, had me thinking like ok your guy did my nails and he didn’t know that? But she filed it, add more acrylic and repainted it but she did it so quick i kid you not the same nail broke split down the middle and my pinky nail acrylic came off, like really?? New customers you should make sure their services is great to build more new clients, but i guess they didn’t care this time. Never again will i go there for my nails.. Read Less

First time there, never again. I'm not super picky about pedicures but this place?? Worst I've ever had. They sat myself and my niece quickly, but that was all that was positive. Water was ice cold and I asked the young lady to make it warm. She didn't speak any English so we had to have someone translate.. that's fine, it happens, she was sweet anyway so oh well. But water was still cold after, she took the ENTIRE time of the pedicure to pick the skin off my cuticles and sides which was NOT needed at all. I asked her not to do the other side because she kept hurting me and doing way to far down. She almost took a chunk out before I yelped and she stopped. Then, there was no massage at all, not for one minute. Put scrub on the TOP of my feet only, scrubbed super hard and that was it. Isn't one of the best points of a pedicure the massage??? Never had that happen. I asked her to massage a bit and she didn't get it. Then she came out with the scraper (I call it the cheese grater haha) and I was super iffy about letting her do it. That's a really bad sign if you have to worry about getting your foot scraped off. All came out well but I had to tell her to stop. The polish came out nice but already started chipping one day later.On top of it, all of the dirty tools went back into the bucket they came out of... didn't clean them off one bit. And they charged me the full price for a 10 year olds pedicure that lasted all of 10/15 minutes. Read Less

I was recommended by a relative who lives close by about this place... so I gave them a try... now I drive 25 min every two weeks rather than settling within my town...  If you're looking for a clean and knowledgeable staff then this is the place to go! Read Less

₩Even though this place IS OPEN on Sundays..... it is DEFINITELY NOT worth going to! I went here with my home girl for each of us to get a fill and (hopefully) get decent designs.... first time here and LAST TIME HERE for sure. To start with the young man doing my nails (apparently Cindy's son) had not only just started doing nails a couple months before (which isn't THAT big of a deal) but he ground down the thickness of my nails so far that my pinkie nail broke- and not the typical break:  it cracked in half ago that the length was completely broken off, but the nail was still attached.  HELLA annoying, and unnecessary.  (Now I'm going to have to pay somewhere else to fix a broken nail that should never have been broken! )The worst part about this place is that despite the amount of people they have to do the "prep work", only ONE PERSON APPLIES NAIL POLISH!  Have you ever heard of anything as ridiculous as that?!? So, there are all these women with their nails essentially "done" but waiting for their polish/ design, and the one (and only! ) lady that finishes up the nails (which apparently is Cindy herself) is SO PRESSED FOR TIME that she ends up painting on sloppy designs AND color.  I literally had to ask her to add a second coat to my nails bc they were streaky and she was just trying to get my nails over & done with to get to next person. I also ended up having to apply the top coat to one nail that she just FORGOT to do.  And since I requested a couple designs, she came across as almost annoyed/ irritated that I wanted the design that I wanted.  All in all, it was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Granted, it definitely was REALLY CHEAP, but I'd much rather pay the extra $5-10 and actually get my nails done properly. This was my go to place, it's recently become my "do no go to" place. I've been a faithful customer for approximately 5 years now (since it first opened) & the staff has always been nice, they grew on me. But the last time I went was just horrible. I understand that when it gets busy, the staff has to put a pep to their step, but for $45 +tax on a full set of pink & white, I expected a better job. Let me start by saying that my nails weren't cleaned underneath (I have a thick wad of acrylic under my nails). When I got the gel coating, I noticed lint all over my nails (I know it wasn't me because before the gel was applied I washed my hands as instructed to, so I'm assuming that the gel or the brush (who knows, maybe both) weren't  cleaned properly & that's why they're filled with lint. I should have known that when Cindy (owner of the place) seemed overwhelmed with the amount of customers to walk back out and come another day. I am so frustrated and upset that I wasted money on garbage. Read Less

I have been getting my nails done for over 18yrs and this the worst experience I've ever had...I went to have my nails soaked off..the girl started cutting my nails and trying to lift the nail...she caused me to bleed and yelled at me when I told her it was painful...in turn I had to wait...go to another salon..and get them done again. ..rude isn't a word for some of the staff here...save your money and go where people respect you. .your money. .time and are gentle with you..
