This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I walked in there for the first time ever and it will DEFINITELY be my last time as well. They are over priced. The lady that did my nails did not buff them. Then she painted my nails and tried to leave them lumpy until I told her to re-do them again. She stated that it was the nail polish it self and that I had to pick a different color. So I picked a different color, so when she "so called" removed my old color and painted my nails with the second color, she did NOT do a good job in removing my original color. So now my hands look like a dam skittles candy. So I spoke to the Hispanic lady there and showed her why I was so upset and bless her heart that she understood why I was so vexed. She made the lady clear the multi color of my nails, but she still did a horrible job. I had to go to another nail salon and have them buff ,straighten and re-paint my nails all over again. Also, they insist on tips before they actually finish your nails. Bo nail salon or any place in general should be persistent about tips if the customer has not seen the finish quality of what they are paying for. THE HELL WITH THIS PLACE!!!! I would NEVER recommend Blue Sky Nails to anyone. Go to hamden at Nail Spa. They treat you right and all the workers there do your nails to your perfection..

Went to get a manicure and it was terrible my nails are uneven and there are lots of bubbles and lines with no polish. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

I live at the W and I always have a bad experience with this place. Mostly the front desk. This last time I bought a BFF package. I told the receptionist that it was my "anniversary" so I expected that me and my friend would be in the same room. We weren't. Also we were booked or an hour massage and a 15 minute facial. We only got a 45 minute massage granted we were 10 minutes late and the massage was mediocre at best. We didn't get our 15 minute facial. They did discount i...t for their flub up by my friend was disappointed and it set the tone for the night and ruined our anniversary night. To top things off when I called the day before to make the appointment I wanted a confirmation email so I could make a copy and in a way put it in a card with flowers to surprise my friend. I called to make the appointment at 1 pm and I didn't get the confirmation email till midnight. See More

I visited yesterday for a relaxing Labor Day spa day, but little did I know they would be having a DJ at the Wet Deck. This didn't bother me one bit, until I realized that the loud bass could be heard...
I visited yesterday for a relaxing Labor Day spa day, but little did I know they would be having a DJ at the Wet Deck. This didn't bother me one bit, until I realized that the loud bass could be heard into the women's locker room AND in the massage room. While the massage was great, it was the fact that the bass could be heard throughout my entire time that really annoyed me! I wish they would have told me prior to my appointment that a DJ was going to be there and that it can be heard through the walls during your treatment. Not as relaxing as I expected.

I got a pedicure with my cousin & the color they choose for me was very old dull and clumpy . ( which they put back on the self ) secondly they over charge me 23.00x2 = 46.00 + 5.00 tip for both people who did our feet because they where very pushing for a tip too also.. and needed for me to pay now . So in my calculations after tax ( Tax 6.35% ) so if they did tax my tips which they are not suppose to it would 59.55 and they wasn't suppose to tax the tip so my total should of been 58.92. But I paid 64.87 I don't know how . And gave me no receipt...

Think this will be my last time. Today go for refill. They took me right away which was great. However the guy who asked what I wanted was not too friendly. Looked like he had an attitude and kept staring. I went to choose a color. They didn't have it I was like whatever. Lady proceeds to do my nails then once time to choose another color I ask if I can see the polish up close and not the display of nails in their box and she denied me. Whatever again I chose a color I was satisfied with. Then she's almost done with me but then starts on another customer but came right back to me when the UV light was done. Great. But then when it comes time to pay it all comes to $45. She tells me she needs to swipe once so I tell her then do 50 to include $5 tip. I get receipt and it says $63. She thought I said $15 tip. Puleeze and check out this one nail. I'm done. Can't believe it was even $45. She gave me $10 back tho to compensate. I can do without the hand rub and lotion (although very nice). Not to mention I came to them years ago just walked in and asked for eyebrows-the guy asks me (Probably same guy) do you have an appointment. Who makes an appointment for eyebrows?????!

I had an amazing day at Away. From the moment I arrived and changed into my big fluffy robe and slides to my massage by Sarah B. which was so relaxing. She helped workout some issues in my shoulders. I was greeted with a mimosa after my massage. Then, I hit the steam room, the pool and showered off in the beautiful locker room area. I will definitely be back. Thanks for treating me so well yesterday. :)

I went in to get a pedicure tonight but was already a bit skeptical! The foot massage was good but the technician demanded a tip and started turning off the lights before my friend and I were done drying! As a result, my toes were messed up as soon as we left the shop!
Poor customer service and the terrible level of professionalism! I won't be back!

I highly recommend Glen for massage! I have had many and he is excellent! My wife said her facial was just what she needed considering she is 7.5 months pregnant! At the end of our visit upon checkout my wife was presented with a "W" onesie for our little guy due in May! Thank you so much W Austin and AWAY spa staff for making our anniversary extra special! My manicure was the best I have ever received, but the place itself turned me off. Some of the bottles of nail polish are old and need to be replaced. The nail techs use disposable files and buffers on clients, but the cutters and cuticle pushers are not sanitized in liquid sanitizer or a UV oven. I prayed to God I wouldn't get an infection from those tools. Pros: The hand massage and shoulder massage were good. The manicure was great! He applied polish on my nails three times to make sure they won't chip.

Great service and the nail salon is clean. These are two things that I find are greatly appreciated when having my nails done. First off, the pedicure seats are comfy, nail color selection is good, and the back massages when you're waiting for your nails to dry are excellent. Also if you need a facial, tanning or massage they are offered (but I haven't tried them out yet). The location is ok and Blue Sky's is open everyday. $30 pedi & mani offered between Mon-Weds.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I walked in there for the first time ever and it will DEFINITELY be my last time as well. They are over priced. The lady that did my nails did not buff them. I visited yesterday for a relaxing Labor Day spa day, but little did I know they would be having a DJ at the Wet Deck. This didn't bother me one bit, until I realized that the loud bass could be heard into the women's locker room AND in the massage room. While the massage was great, it was the fact that the bass could be heard throughout my entire time that really annoyed me! I wish they would have told me prior to my appointment that a DJ was going to be there and that it can be heard through the walls during your treatment. Not as relaxing as I expected.

I highly recommend Glen for massage! I have had many and he is excellent! My wife said her facial was just what she needed considering she is 7.5 months pregnant! At the end of our visit upon checkout my wife was presented with a "W" onesie for our little guy due in May! Thank you so much W Austin and AWAY spa staff for making our anniversary extra special! My manicure was the best I have ever received, but the place itself turned me off. Some of the bottles of nail polish are old and need to be replaced. The nail techs use disposable files and buffers on clients, but the cutters and cuticle pushers are not sanitized in liquid sanitizer or a UV oven. I prayed to God I wouldn't get an infection from those tools. Pros: The hand massage and shoulder massage were good. The manicure was great! He applied polish on my nails three times to make sure they won't chip.

Great service and the nail salon is clean. These are two things that I find are greatly appreciated when having my nails done. First off, the pedicure seats are comfy, nail color selection is good, and the back massages when you're waiting for your nails to dry are excellent. Also if you need a facial, tanning or massage they are offered (but I haven't tried them out yet). The location is ok and Blue Sky's is open everyday. $30 pedi & mani offered between Mon-Weds.
