Last time I went there Lily did chrome nails with a couple diamonds and I paid $55. I went today and asked for the same thing but with a different color and this other girl with really short hair did it and she did such a horrible job. My nails are uneven and the chrome she did is just horrible. They charged me $72 for it which was just bs. Read Less

I will never go to this place ever again. Was a long time customer. Used  to see the owner lilly, but  Recently made a appointment with kevin yesterday for 6pm because his the only one that can make designs that i like. When i got there yesterday Thursday ..they asked me and i said i was there to see Kevin. They said kevin can't see me cuz he has a customer coming in at 6. I said yess that person is me Im the one that has the appointment at 6. So im waiting for him to finish the customer that his working on. When this other lady askes me if im doing pedicure like i usually do but i said not this time.  So i waited. Later she calls me an hour after again and starts removing my old nail Polish,  then kevin grabs another customer. Im thinking shes trying to save him time. So i show kevin my old design so he can do something similar and he agreed. Later i wanted to shortened my time there and ask to just do gel nail Polish but shortened my nail and she said it was going to crack my nail if i dont do refill and did so. I said ok then do my refill and kevin can do design. They say no he cant see me cuz i did not make appointment. I explained again that i was the one that he was waiting for at 6. Even spoked to lilly whom was next to me and knows how good of a customer i am and a good tiper.  They just kept talking their language who knows what. I said i was leaving and they even still charged me for removing my nail polish and craking my nail. Wowww u kidding me. I dont know why they acted like that and rejected me as a customer with appt when i arrived. I've seen kevin taking custmers with appts before happily but usually they are not hispanics..but what made him changed his mind..who knows.. but makes me think stuff. Read Less
