If I could give 0 stars I would but this place did a horrible job on my nails !!! They looked so bad I was obviously upset and the lady decided I stood asking me if it was okay she had to FaceTime her daughter with it being so loud for 15 minutes that every customer could hear. While paying , which I should never have done , a guy asks me if I'm upset and I pointed out the ref nail polish left on my gold fingernail , the horrible job shaping and the fact that my real nail was hanging out more than the nail I was having done !!! It literally looks like a child did my nails !!! I'm pretty easy to please but when one hand is totally different from the other , one nail being longer and fatter then the other side we have a serious problem. Then they expected her to FIX it and made it worse . I will NEVER, NEVER return to this horrible place !!! This is my second bad experience there , should've learned the first time . I thought with someone else it would've improved, boy do I feel robbed and STUPID!!! Read Less

Went for manicure and was really hoping for great experience. Since i walked in it took 1 hr - for regular manicure, so I thought it was too long. I waited 15 min for the person to start. She prepped nails and then someone else has painted. Weird. The girl who painted did not even say hi. Place is nice but very, very  dusty . Dust is everywhere. I assume they don't clean often. People not super friendly either although girl who started my nails was very nice. I didn't know it was minimum 15$ for the cc payments so i ended up paying 15 instead of 12 for regular manicure which 2 nails chipped the same day. Im sorry but there is many many better places around. Wont be returning. Read Less

definitely my favorite nail salon. i've been going here for 5+ years and i won't go anywhere else! they do a great job with my nails and are the only ones i trust to do my eyebrows. i would definitely recommend them! Read Less

I felt like I was in a factory, like they were trying to pump them out as quickly as they could rather than opting for quality. They painted my nails, didn't do much else. They didn't clean the polish up well. We sat in silence the entire time we were there. They didn't sterilize their tools in between clients. I would much rather pay 5 or 10 extra dollars to get a gel manicure at one of the other nail salons in the area that we frequent than come back here. Read Less

I gave this salon a try today for a gel fill, and I left very disappointed. I didn't get the woman's name who did my nails, but she was pretty awful. She was very aggressive, kept yanking my arm. And she literally COULD NOT have gone any faster. She was rushing through my fill which took about 30 minutes. She wasn't even trying to do a decent job. My nails are so thick and uneven. She got polish all over my fingers, which for some reason is already wearing off of the corners of my nails. It was just so obvious that she just did not want to be there. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. But this experience ruined it for me. I don't think I'll be giving them another chance. Read Less

I love this nail salon. I've been coming here for years and they always so clean. They are always so friendly from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. Even when they are busy somebody always acknowledges the fact that you walked in. That makes you feel pretty good. Read Less

So disappointed to have to leave a bad review. I used to love this place because they were so clean and did such a great job. I went in for a gel manicure recently and was appalled at the state of the salon. The place has gotten so dingy. Even the drying/blue-light machines were so gross and filled with fingerprints/nail dust...I didn't want to stick my hand in. Worse than that was the actual service I received. The salon was busy so I could tell they wanted me in and out as quickly as possible...which meant they neglected to do anything required in a manicure. No lotion, no hand massage, no hot towels, nothing. All she did was file my nails, and then (worst part of all) used her FINGERNAIL to push back my cuticles!!! GROSS! The nails came out looking decent but looked grown out only a week later because of that nasty move. Will not be back. Read Less

This place is very clean and the workers are extremely friendly. They workers speak enough english to be able to hold a conversation with you and they really like to talk to you. The only problem that I have is that when ever I do a gel manicure, the color already starts to lift next my cuticle area within a week. So my hair starts to get stuck in the polish when I run my fingers through my hair. I've gone there before for pedicures and they are very good. This place is worth a shot. Read Less
