I've been a regular almost a year now. They're always busy, but I've never waited long... except when I tried going on a Saturday. Even though she said I was next, I saw people just sitting at the table waiting still, so I left and came back on my usual Sunday. Make an appointment of you want to go on Saturday. The staff was attentive and personable. I had a great time chatting with Andy, and the technician who did my manicure checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure I was satisfied with color and shape. I came here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, which I thought were fairly priced, especially considering that it has been over two weeks and I do not have a single chipped nail! Came in for the 1st time & the place was packed! I was quickly greeted and asked to pick a color. Had the best manicure and pedicure I have had in a while. Each time I come here, they always have time for me. The staff is friendly and they do an EXCELLENT job. I'm super picky about my nails and everyone here has done an excellent job. They always offer you something to drink etc. They also have free Wi-Fi. It's the only place I will go in the area even though it's almost 15 minutes from my house. Well worth the drive. Read Less

Quality was good and lots of chairs for quick service. The price was a little less than others in the area, too, which was nice. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful finding me the right color. And my pedi person was also very sweet. The girl that was doing my mani wasn't particularly friendly and not gentle at all on my cuticles! But she still did a good job. A lot of reviews mentioned a free massage - I was only offered the 10 minute massage you have to pay for. And the 6% cash discount essentially covers tax so it's a flat fee for the service.
