Jamie is the best nail tech around! Healthy looking nails all the time! Can't go wrong with the five minute massage. For a few dollars, you can get your own manicure box with your own nail filers, and you earn point towards a certificate that can be used for future services. First time client, walk-in for pedicure, 10 min wait. My nail tech, Kim, is wonderful! She was informative of the service options and has a friendly personality. I choose the green tea pedicure which left my skin feeling very soft and hydrated. The pedicure was everything a pedicure can be. Renewing, relaxing, and polished. The selection of polish is pretty standard, Essie or Opi colors. The salon is well kept and clean. They also provide the option for membership at a $10 fee, in which you benefit from a point system and your own set of nail tools to use during your visits. This place has gone downhill I think, I used to love coming here; the service was in my opinion, comparable to Parisian or a full day spa, but now it's like any other nail salon. I just had a pedicure with Danny - it was awful. It was SO FAST, it was like he didn't spend any time on anything, he gave me a classic pedicure in less than 30 minutes. I think he also only put on one coat of the actual nail color, and then a bottom and top coat. I'd rather spend a bit more money and go to Parisian down the street and be treated like I'm actual worthwhile. Not coming back here until they figure out how to give a proper pedi. Read Less

I will never go anywhere but Elle. Great staff, very clean, and I always walk out with a beautiful manicure or pedicure. I have been going to Elle since I moved to the Middletown area about five years ago. There have been times in the past few years that I have gone to other nail salons in the area because they were open on Sundays or slightly cheaper. I can tell you that every time I left a salon other than Elle- I regretted it! Han and his team are incredible. The customer points program they run is fantastic and I am always greeted by name when I come to Elle. I know I am in good hands, whether I have an appointment or not! They really take their time and do their best work possible. I never feel rushed (even when I'm the last person in the salon on a Monday night!) and I feel truly pampered when I sit down to get my nails done at Elle. Han, Sophie, Jamie, Donna, James, and the whole crew are so professional and so good at what they do! I get gel sets/fills and I would recommend Elle above any other salon in the area. Called and made an immediate appointment as I am only five minutes away.  First time there. Joelle did my manicure and she was fabulous! Took great care with my hands and did a terrific job on my nails. The neck massage was an unexpected bonus! The manicure I got was well worth the money and the atmosphere of the salon makes it attractive for going back.  Planning on going on a regular basis now. I went there yesterday for a mani and pedi. First time. Location had parking and place was big. It was pretty and organized. People where friendly. Diana did my pedicure and manicure, she was spectacular! Best mani in years. Signed up for membership Bc I was so pleased and they said it would save me money next time I stop by. Only thing I'd give feedback on is that they didn't clearly explain membership process, had to ask multiple questions about it and assumed I knew what it was about and how it worked. Great pedicure, but the worst manicure I've ever had. My cuticles were cut so short that three fingers on my right hand were left bleeding and one on my left hand left bleeding. I repeated to three different employees that I wanted a shellac manicure, but somehow ended up with a regular manicure (which after left bleeding I sure wasn't going to correct them and end up spending more money on a shellac manicure). I went into Elle on a whim to get a mani/pedi. I know it's winter time, but #treatyoself. I was a walk-in, and they took me right away. The total experience was $44 plus tip - basic manicure and pedicure. The guy who did mine was really nice. He spent a while doing everything he was doing and you could tell her was really concerned about doing a good job. The massage on my feet/legs was intense and a bit painful at times, but no pain, no gain. When my pedicure was over, he walked me over to the table to do the manicure. I'll admit that my cuticles were out of control, but the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because he was a bit aggressive. I actually started bleeding a bit and he had to get the styptic liquid. A few are sore and a bit raw, but it's ok. I almost want to give 5 stars anyway because after I was drying, he came over to do some last application of something or other, and realized I'd seriously smudged my big toe. He sat down on the floor, cleaned it up, fixed it, and repainted. I was so impressed. Read Less

One of the best pedicures around. Elle offers frequent members boxes for their tools and points towards dollars of future visits. It's usually busy so I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure you can sit right down. A regular pedi includes a long massage and the spa pedi a longer massage. Terrible this was my second time here for a pedicure the first time was great the second time not so much the girl didn't trim enough of the nail on my toes I told her 3 times then she attempted to try and file them with a file that was bare I told her she needed a new file she just kept going and she didn't even shape the nail or round the edges I had shoulder surgery so I can't do it myself. I used to go to the elle nails on the berlin turnpike but I moved to this area I'm definitely going back to the one on the berlin turnpike. Read Less

The Elle Nails & Spa, this place is amazing! I had the acrylic nails for decades and went to this place and Han the owner recommended to get the Gel (light concept) new set because my nails were so damaged by the acrylic (the CHEAP fake nails) and it made my nail color changed to nasty yellow. After Han's new gel set, I was so AMAZED how beautiful and perfect they were! Now my nails feel like it is actually my natural nails and what a beautiful job he has done. Now I go to see Han for every 2 weeks for my fill and all the staff at Elle is so friendly.
