Had my nails done yesterday. Full set of acrylics took an hour and half. I had the mirror powder put on 6 fingers and gels on 4... was charged £48! Because when u ask how much for the mirrored powder they say £10 but when you come to pay they say £10 each hand! Considering I only had 6 fingers done they overcharged me £8.. the girl also cut 2 of my fingers bad enough that they bled on her and now they are so sore! This is my 3rd time here and I won’t be returning they are always leaving you mid-treatment to go and wax someone else’s eyebrows etc. Read Less

I don't get my nails done often at all and when I have it can sometimes feel a bit rushed, but I had a lovely time yesterday. A lot of care and attention went on my nails and even little things like asking if I wanted a drink just makes such a difference. Hands down my favorite place to get my nails done. They are so nice! They listen to every detail. I see every single one of them say hello and bye to their customers. They remember their names and what they had talked about the last time they saw them. It's impressive. My nails are fantastic! They are clean and last so long. My nails always last atleast 2 weeks easily 3 but I pick and get bored of my colour so get re done probs quicker than I should....:) I find the staff friendly attentive and very talented they take alot of time on your nails and the prep of them before application too x best salon in epping 100%!!!! Came here because of the 4.5 star review and I was disappointed. The place is small and presents clean which is great- I came in for a pedicure on at Saturday as a walk in, there was no wait. I feel like my pedicure was rushed, the woman sitting next to me was still getting her pedicure as I came and left- she might have paid for a longer pedi but it seemed like they really took their time with her and rushed through mine. I decided to get a French on my toes and I am not kidding when I say the white tip line was nearly 1/4" thick on my big toe. I felt terrible having the girl do them over again, but she was nice about it. When I asked her to make them a little thinner she left another customer and rushed to finish mine. However I did notice that they cleaned the pedicure bowls when they were done. Needless to say, I hate to say it but I will probably be going to another place next time. You have one chance to make a good first impression and unfortunately my first experience wasn't 4.5 stars. I went along to this new nail bar not long after it opened. I can honestly say this is the best place for nails for miles. Without a doubt the best in Epping. After all these years of having manicures and pedicures this is my favorite place ever. They are the cleanest place I've ever been to.  I stumbled on them 3 winters ago when my salon was closed due to snow storm.  I have never looked back.  Not only do they do the best job I'm treated like a queen.  If I have the slightest problem (may be once in 3 years) they fix immediately.  My gel polish lasts for  up to 3 weeks and still looks beautiful. We ran into an issue with the credit card machine charging my account twice. They were very upfront about it right away and apologized. This was not by any means their fault. Because I an getting married tomorrow on good faith they gave me the cash until the money comes back into my account. I have been coming here for probably about 1yr now and I wouldn't change it for anything. Their professionalism is 100%. Friendly staff, loved the massage and the paraffin wax with the manicure, but I feel like I wished they spent more time on the pedicure. Cut the nails, but didn't shape them, looks a little funny. A few things I wish they'd been more attentive to, but not bad, and the place was clean. Read Less

Best local nail salon.  Great price for amazing service. Walk ins are welcome, but they get super busy during prime times, so calling ahead is recommended. They have a new gel infinity polish, it doesn't ruin your nails like the other gel, comes off with regular remover, and stays for about 10 days. Read Less
