I won’t be coming back here anymore. If I could give them ZERO stars I will. I tried to give them a chance 2 TWO time. The second time I went the lady gave me an attitude because I accidentally bumped my nail against a wall and messed up the paint and then she tried to put a blob of paint over it, umm no huntie you WILL re-paint my nail. And when she did my toes, same thing...she put my sandal on after painting and got mad when she messed up my paint. GTFOH. She was mad I didn’t tip her. I told her in her face, loose the attitude and maybe you’ll get more tips, and walked out. ✌🏽✌🏽

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. When I first started going there, things were great but they progressively got worse and worse. Two times they did not give me back my credit card. Today was the last time I ever step foot in that place. Mind you, I drive all the way from Waterbury because they WERE that good. Not anymore. The lady made my toes and fingers bleed. Nothing was sterile. They charged me $1 for a nail file and buffer that I have to bring back every time I go. I threw it out. I’ll never go back there again. The polish is uneven and not painted up to the cuticle. There are bare spots on my nails and toes where the polish was not painted on evenly. I never received a foot or a hand massage. They charged me $70! She rushed so much that she kept nicking my skin on the sides of my nails with the drill. Horrible horrible place. It’s such a shame because they started out so good, only to downward spiral and lose my business for good. Beautiful Nail in Stratford, CT is where it’s at! I’m willing to drive all the way there from Waterbury to get my nails done right. Do not go here if you can’t handle disappointment and pain because that is all you will get.

The people were very nice. The salon is generally clean. I had a pedicure and it was okay. It wasn't the best, but also not the worst. Very quickly done and rushed. Even though there wasn't anyone else waiting. I brought my 4yr old daughter with me for a pedicure and they had kiddie chairs which was nice. I wish the pedicure was a little better, because I would've gone back. I think I will keep looking for a place where they spend more than 15mins on a pedicure! The lady spent more time on my 4 yr old then my lady spent with me!!!

I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. .I got a fill the night before around closing the guy didn't do a good job nails had file marks an thumbs are bumpy not smooth at all .paint job was not the greatest ..I went back less then 24 hour later ask them if they can please fix they said yes but wanted to charge me double. The night before I got regular polish the guy offered gel polish for $10.00 I didn't go with it . I didn't mind paying for a polish change but need gel didn't have a lot of time today an gel faster ..I talk to the manager an she told me with a fill it would have been $10.00 for gel polish but I need a color change and a file.she said its $20.00 for gel color change because Im not getting a fill an the file nails smother an making them even was free .I told her it was $10.00 the night before for gel I didn't understand same amount of product that they would have used the night before but $10.00 more crazy the guy messup. I walk out .I wasted time an gas ..I will never go back..I recommend no-one to go here they will rip you off..

I went for a full set with gel, they only lasted 5 days until 3 of my nails fell off. Also very horrible service and instead of focusing on their job, they keep chatting in their language and rushing ...
I went for a full set with gel, they only lasted 5 days until 3 of my nails fell off. Also very horrible service and instead of focusing on their job, they keep chatting in their language and rushing the job and messing up. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

I haven't been here in a very long time. Decided I wanted to give it another try.... Sorry to say but the older women here are awful!! While I was sitting there getting my nails done the bowl she used in the beginning to soak my nails she placed right back for someone else to use without washing it!! A few other things happen during my visit. Gross!! To top it off... I got a gel manicure and it hasn't even lasted a week!!! I'll never be back here... EVER!!!

My other sister was accused of making a mistake that the nail technician clearly did, and when I told her to fix it she was being over dramatic and was speaking in another language. They man who did my nails rushed and didn't bother to check my nail size. Rude and unprofessional.

I’ve had my license before and I know the basics of nail Tech. I was so disappointed it today when I went to go get a manicure done and the lady didn’t even know what an ombré polish was. Also everyone knows and basic manicure 101 you have to even out the nails so they are all one length, the girl who did my nails didn’t even cut my nails to even them out. Totally disappointing, I will never go there again.

Went to Diva Nail Spa for a gel manicure because I happened to be at the mall. I'm so disappointed! This is a picture of what my nails look like 3 days after. Notice the clear coat has peeled off of 2 of the nails. Also, my middle finger has 2 coats of red, while the remaining 4 fingers only have 1 coat. I even questioned if there were 2 coats put on because I didn't remember the technician doing it. Of course it was even more obvious when I got home, but I wasn't about to drive all the way back to the mall to ask if this could be corrected.

I used to be so so picky at any other nail salon I have gone to because of how they did my nails, but at Diva Nails and Spa I trust them completely, they make me feel so relaxed and my nails come out ...
I used to be so so picky at any other nail salon I have gone to because of how they did my nails, but at Diva Nails and Spa I trust them completely, they make me feel so relaxed and my nails come out perfect everytime! I love love love them there! They also do my eyebrows perfect! I have not yet had a pedicure from them yet, but cannot wait to, I have seen other people after their pedicures and they are fantastic. Excellent service there, they are so sweet and welcoming, it gets a little busy time to time, but that's only because they are so great ;)

The people were very nice. The salon is generally clean. I had a pedicure and it was okay. It wasn't the best, but also not the worst. Very quickly done and rushed. Even though there wasn't anyone else waiting. I brought my 4yr old daughter with me for a pedicure and they had kiddie chairs which was nice. My friend and I spent a few hours at Diva Nail Spa last month. It's extremely satisfied! I left feeling like my soul got a little pampering. The employee are so cute! I was so relieved when they pulled out new nail files to me choose. They have a very high standard for the safety of clients. This place will be the best friend on me. 1000% perfect.

I had on the hunt to find a new nail salon in Meriden and found Diva Nail Spa. I was in for a relaxing experience. It's very convenient with the call to book an appointment. Very great staffs! They also didn't rush on my hands and fingers. The salon is very cozy and comfortable. I will definitely be back here SOON! 10 hands turn up for you!

Went to Diva Nail Spa for a gel manicure because I happened to be at the mall. I'm so disappointed! This is a picture of what my nails look like 3 days after. Notice the clear coat has peeled off of 2 of the nails. Also, my middle finger has 2 coats of red, while the remaining 4 fingers only have 1 coat. I even questioned if there were 2 coats put on because I didn't remember the technician doing it. Of course it was even more obvious when I got home, but I wasn't about to drive all the way back to the mall to ask if this could be corrected.

John is the best..love him and my nails .. Very professional and takes time to make sure u are Happy...he did my full set 3 weeks ago..I went home to LA ..and came all the way back to CT so he can do ...

doooooooooo NOT get your eyebrows done here worse place to do them at one came out so small then they left so much hair worse place I ever did my eyebrows at she messed up so bad !!!!! Ruined my night...

I used to be so so picky at any other nail salon I have gone to because of how they did my nails, but at Diva Nails and Spa I trust them completely, they make me feel so relaxed and my nails come out ...
I used to be so so picky at any other nail salon I have gone to because of how they did my nails, but at Diva Nails and Spa I trust them completely, they make me feel so relaxed and my nails come out perfect everytime! I love love love them there! They also do my eyebrows perfect! I have not yet had a pedicure from them yet, but cannot wait to, I have seen other people after their pedicures and they are fantastic. Excellent service there, they are so sweet and welcoming, it gets a little busy time to time, but that's only because they are so great ;)
