Very disappointed with the service here!! While the staff is fairly friendly, it was by far the worst manicure I've ever received. All the potential is there, hot lotion, hand massage, nice atmosphere, but they completely rushed. The owner (Tiffany) barely filed down my nails, they were crooked, she left hand nails and the nail polish was thin and spotted on the sides. She did 2 coats and asked if I was good or wanted another, I looked at her and thought she was joking. Then, I was up for my pedicure. They charged an extra $3 for a "special polish" that is supposed to last longer, the next day I had a huge chip on my toe. The entire process was rushed and far from relaxing. Let me start by saying I really *wanted* to like this nail salon since it is in my hometown. My regular nail salon didn't have any appointments available so I decided to try Tiffany Nails. Overall, I'm disappointed with the quality and will not be returning. There is a reason why they weren't busy on a Saturday morning... that should have been my first clue. Pros:- Clean nail salon and pleasant owners. One of the owners asked me several times during my pedicure if I was enjoying it, while I appreciated it the first time, it became a little awkward. I'm just not the type that is going to call out my displeasure face to face, I just won't return.- They provide you with a loyalty card where after you visit 10x you receive a free eyebrow or lip wax - The nail tech showed me the color of the gel nail polish on her nail before painting my own. I was appreciative of this and actually ended up changing my nail color a few times until I found one I liked. She was super patient with me. - Shoulder and arm massage by owner was heavenly.-Cheap compared to my normal nail salon. $55 to remove old gel manicure, new gel manicure, and pedicure. Cons:- My heels get nasty from running and the whole point of a pedicure is to get the dead dry skin off the heels. My heels looked the SAME after the pedicure. I literally went home and did them myself. (See pictures.) You shouldn't have to purchase a spa pedicure for this basic service and if you do then they should be up front about that.- The leg and foot massage was lackluster at best. She was clearly going through the motions and that was it.- Half of my pinky toe isn't painted and the other half is painted on my skin. My big toe has this weird indent and it's not my actual toe nail. I have no clue how this even happens. Seriously?! (See picture.)- Gel manicure is messy. I mean from far away it looks fine but up close, it's messy. Some nails are painted very close to the cuticle almost on my skin, others are far away. There are air bubbles on a couple of nails. I took my daughter after seeing an add for prom special.  The owner paid more attention to my daughter's age than the nail color she wanted.  She picked out green for the toe nails and gold for hands.  She got gold for both.  I was kidding around she was a gold digger.  Nail length was too short.  The lady said that she would deduct $10 for that.  She could have removed the nail and done it againThe owner said that the service was rendered.  I told him that she was not happy with it.  He laughed at me and said that I could contact the police.  The guy is a total ----.  You know what I mean.  I ended up paying $78 for the service she totally disliked.  My daughter smudged the nail before we got out of that place.  Instead of trying to fix it, the woman rushed us out of the place spraying her nail with the fast dry which did not even work.  I will never go there again.  I would not recommend anyone to go there. Let me start by saying that Marlborough is my home town. I have not lived there full time since the early 2000s, but it is possible that I am biased. But I love them.I live in West Hartford and have dozens of options that are closer, but when I want a pedi, a drive back to Marlborough is absolutely worth it. The owners, Tiffany and John, are the sweetest couple. Welcoming me in with open arms (literally) each trip. Their pedicures have all the extras- lower leg massage, hot stones, a wrap. Afterwards, John gives a few minute neck and shoulder massage for free. It's truly a full spa treatment. They welcome you to bring in alcohol. I have gone with bridal parties and for birthdays, and always bring in a bottle or two of wine or champagne. For one event, we even had a cooler of Bloody Mary fixings. They are so kind that when we forgot cups once, John went up to Duncan Donuts to grab some cups for us. How's that for service?Please consider giving your patronage to Tiffany! Read Less

I can't sing the praises of this salon enough.   Excellent quality of service - friendly staff - flexible scheduling - beautiful decor.  This is my go too for most of my personal upkeep.  Manis, pedis, waxing -- all done skillfully!   They are super friendly to my (and) all kids and do great kid manis too!  Happy 10th anniversary Tiffany's -- there's.  Reason you've been in town so long. This nail salon is a gem. The atmosphere is clean and inviting.   The owners are nice, welcoming and accommodating.  They offer tips, shellac and regular mani/pedi and their prices are competitive. I won't bother going anywhere else. Read Less
