If this is US NAILS?!? VERY PRICEY & VERY SLOW SERVICE!! For a Get fill? Normally I've had DONE most places within 30/40 minutes! US Nails was there 1 hour & 1/2!! Not good service hurt me with the spinning file and the Polish I had picked out? Not PINK/ TURNED OUT DEEP PURPLE! If I changed the color probably would've waited or WASTED ANOTHER HOUR! I WILL NOT GO BACK!! HFDT HEALTH CARE PEOPLE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ( TRI CITY) PLAZA!! They must have been a different place? Or they get over a HOUR for Lunch

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. Stopped in for a pre-vacation pedicure and asked for a simple design. The sign outside said that the pedicure was $20 and I was told that the design that I wanted would be $5. Very simple... A red Minnie Mouse bow on my big toenail. Red with some white polka dots. The place was dirty, you cannot understand them and the pedicure was less than 20 minutes long. When it came time to paint my nails, this young girl wearing headphones walked over and sat down and without even looking at the design started to put together her materials to paint my nails. Without even talking to me, she reached out for my phone and impatiently gestured to me to give it to her to hold in her lap so she could look at the picture. I could tell about halfway through that there was absolutely no resemblance to a bow. She basically painted one half of my nail White and the other half of my nail red with an inverted V. She started to add black details to it. I tried to get her attention to tell her that I didn't think it was right and she ignored me. I finally got her attention and very nicely told her that I wasn't pleased with it and so she threw a tantrum and pushed her chair back and said fine then I'm not going to do it. I told her that is fine... To just paint my big toenails red with white polka dots. She proceeded to put at least 30 polka dots on each toe in cheap acrylic paint and then cover it with a top coat. I'm sure that this will wash off the first time I go in the pool. After she was done, she just walked away. I had to let myself out of the chair and pick up my own shoes and walk to the drying table. After sitting there forever waiting for this beaded up paint to dry on my nails, I finally had to ask someone if I could pay. My $20 pedicure ended up being $28 somehow... As if I had received what I had asked for when agreeing to pay an additional $5 for a design. Horrible service. Horribly rude. The pedicure itself is not worth $20 and I would not ever go there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I went to get a pedicure/manicure on Sunday. They have a special for 30$
I walked in, it took her a min or two to acknowledge me . I say her as in the manager, the one that takes payments and sits closest to the entrance. I told her what I wanted and she “pick a color” . After I picked a color no one said anything so I sat down in a random chair for about 5 minute. She then got up and started prepping the pedicure chair ... she put a plastic bag in it and began to ran the water . I’ve come here before and they never did this.
It makes the whole experience unpleasant. Who wants to feet the plastic bag while trying to relax.
Someone else began my pedicure and it was just horrible. The woman next to me was also getting a pedicure and didn’t want that cheese grater looking thing used on her feet so I laughed and we began to talk about how it makes your feet feel worse after a few days ! So my tech obviously did not use it. But after my conversation with the lady next to me my tech started to be very sloppy and didn’t give my the full pedicure treatment. She also put the “hot” towels on my legs and nearly burnt me. Okay ! Whatever. So on to the manicure... it was the same lady who did my feet, she shaped my nails horribly & left paint around my nails.
The woman who was next to me for a pedicure was near me getting acrylic nails done for her wedding soon, and asked the manager if it would be an easy process to take off and she just nodded... the customer then asked again and got no response . The customer then said
“You must have the same problem as me, I’m hard on hearing” few moments later she answered. This place just has horrible service, not very clean, techs seem miserable. Again, I have came here years ago and it wasn’t as bad.

I’ve been coming here for over 13 years and I am very satisfied with services here. Their prices are very affordable and my nails lasts me extremely long. I would recommend coming anytime. All the other reviews seem to be from ignorant people who don’t want to pay.
Highly recommend, affordable is a plus!

Will never go here to get my nails done again, they have a new girl with tattoos all over and piercings I forgot her name. But she's rude, she was constantly stopping while doing my nails, texting, on social media and had ear phones in her ears while doing my nails. I told her I wanted rhinestones on both nails I told her how I wanted it since I'm the customer and I'm paying with my money, she Insisted she knew what to do and her way of doing it would be better. I tried to stop her several times and she kept saying relax relax I know what to do , let me do your nails, I was furious but at the same time not trying to make a scene, when she was finished I told her I did not like them and told her from the beginning how I like my nails, I wasn't thrilled and she could tell I wasn't happy not only that she filed my nails down way to short and uneven, and I had her fix them but they still weren't even. I wanted to really make a big scene but I kept my composure the owner Lisa sits there clueless and didn't even try to rectify the situation knowing I was unhappy. They have screwed up too many times as you can see by my previous review with my eyelash experience, I've given them so many chances because I've been going there for so long and tried to be understanding but it's clear they don't care. So many of the good workers have left I miss Tina she used to do my nails correct and I love her, I don't blame her for leaving though . The shop isn't that clean, they aren't up to date with a lot of new nail trends and they rush too much and don't care about the quality of the work. I have been a faithful customer for 3 years but I will not be returning I have been going to Zen Salon and Spa and I love them , much cleaner, up to date and they do a good job and offer a wide variety of services. Regal nails should be shut down and inspected by the health department.

Such a terrible experience. Went in for a gel manicure. The girl who took off my old gel polish shredded my nails they were so paper thin I had no choice but to have them cut down to nothing. I almost walked out after that but it was clear she was not experienced. So I decided against my better judgement to stay. The next woman again used a file entirely too rough for my nails. She came back 3 times telling me they didn't have the gel polish I wanted. Literally left with all kinds of polish around my cuticles as well. The nail salon is meant as a time to relax and I certainly could not do that. Will never be returning here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is my second time coming here. The first time was awful but I thought I'd give it another try. My biggest mistake!! I sat in a red chair for about 45 minutes and then when I asked for assistance, the lady was very rude and unprofessional. I had a woman who did my pedicure and manicure with the biggest scowl on her face. Ruined my entire evening. I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!

I have gone here twice, the first time they were in a rush because it was close to closing time ( they confirmed with me before I started that it was not a problem and we had time to get everything done) the tech was rude- they are always talking sh$t in their language with each other - and was in such a hurry she filed the skin off my cuticle with the emery board type!!! It was bleeding and then sore for a week. The job was sloppy. Second time same rude demeanor rushing and not properly trimming cuticles, cut me with the cuticle trimmer and job was sloppy asf. I left with nail polish on my finger tips and side of my toe. 2 stars is for convenient location inside Walmart. Never going back

I've been coming to this location regularly for about 3 years. I've never gotten turned away but there are some new people there who turned me away saying they're about to close. They close at 8 and I was there at 7! I also called ahead and no one picked up. At least pick the phone up so people don't waste their time and gas.

Even my son ((whos 10)) was treated like a king. My mother is handicapp and the staff was more than accomidating to her. This will be the only place I have pedicures in the future!!

I came here as I live directly across the street and needed a quick mani-pedi. I was able to walk right in and get seated. Their color selection is lacking....no new fall colors.Everything looks like ...
I came here as I live directly across the street and needed a quick mani-pedi. I was able to walk right in and get seated. Their color selection is lacking....no new fall colors.Everything looks like it's covered in an inch thick film of dirt. Before working on my cuticles, they painted nail polish on the cuticle cutters. I'm not sure why they did that...The manicure came out horrible...I was actually bleeding on 4 of my nail beds which they ignored and painted over. All the while I was getting a manicure, there was a worker playing on his iPhone next to me. He was picking his teeth with his fingers, smelling his fingers and then placing them into his nose.Someone actually came in and he started working on her nails without washing his hands. I was I was so disgusted it took everything I could to stay in my seat and finish my manicure. I noticed that they just rinsed all of the tools and did not place them in the sterilizer.I ended up leaving after the manicure and going across town to Happy Nails to get my pedicure. They are a little more expensive but MUCH more worth it. I'll never go to this salon again...no matter how bad I need my nails done!

i would give 5 stars, but the girl filing my nails did it by filing in both directions.that is a no-no in my book, even if it is acrylic nais, a nail tech should know better than to file back and forth.i feel like she would have filed my natural nails in this same manner.the work done was FABULOUS!!!my nails look great!i had to get my nails removed, and was getting a fullset of acrylic.she took my nails off quickly, and painlessly, within 5 minutes.while doing this, she made lovely conversation that was unrelated to nails and anything else boring.she was very fascinating, cool, and interesting.she was also very pretty with flawless eye makeup and very fresh breath and soft hands. these are important quailities for me when i'm sitting in someones face for a long time.it took 20 minutes to be seen, and about an hour from start to finish.however, this girl worked quick!!!she had a good method, and she flipped right through my nails, right to left, so fast!!!i really thought she was going to get glue on me, or mess up in some way because of how fast she ran through, but she didn't!everything was PERFECT!!!i would definately go back.i told her the designs and colors i wanted, and she NAILED it!my nails came out even better than i imagined.i reccomend this place to everyone.i had lots of fancy requests, but including the tips, it was only 48 bucks total.and that is with EVERYTHING customized, full set, nailart, stencils.you can get a full set for 25 bucks.gel would be 5 bucks, but i passed since i have to say goodbye to these nails in a week.totally worth it for me.

This is my second time coming here. The first time was awful but I thought I'd give it another try. My biggest mistake!! I sat in a red chair for about 45 minutes and then when I asked for assistance, the lady was very rude and unprofessional. I had a woman who did my pedicure and manicure with the biggest scowl on her face. Ruined my entire evening. I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!

I'm not sure why they did that...The manicure came out horrible...I was actually bleeding on 4 of my nail beds which they ignored and painted over. All the while I was getting a manicure, there was a worker playing on his iPhone next to me. He was picking his teeth with his fingers, smelling his fingers and then placing them into his nose.Someone actually came in and he started working on her nails without washing his hands. I was I was so disgusted it took everything I could to stay in my seat and finish my manicure. I noticed that they just rinsed all of the tools and did not place them in the sterilizer.I ended up leaving after the manicure and going across town to Happy Nails to get my pedicure. They are a little more expensive but MUCH more worth it. I'll never go to this salon again...no matter how bad I need my nails done!

Went here for an acrylic fill, the place is located inside wal-Mart but is so clean and professional!I had Tracey and she listened to everything I wanted perfectly, and was super gentle.Best manicure ...

i would give 5 stars, but the girl filing my nails did it by filing in both directions.that is a no-no in my book, even if it is acrylic nais, a nail tech should know better than to file back and fort...
i would give 5 stars, but the girl filing my nails did it by filing in both directions.that is a no-no in my book, even if it is acrylic nais, a nail tech should know better than to file back and forth.i feel like she would have filed my natural nails in this same manner.the work done was FABULOUS!!!my nails look great!i had to get my nails removed, and was getting a fullset of acrylic.she took my nails off quickly, and painlessly, within 5 minutes.while doing this, she made lovely conversation that was unrelated to nails and anything else boring.she was very fascinating, cool, and interesting.she was also very pretty with flawless eye makeup and very fresh breath and soft hands. these are important quailities for me when i'm sitting in someones face for a long time.it took 20 minutes to be seen, and about an hour from start to finish.however, this girl worked quick!!!she had a good method, and she flipped right through my nails, right to left, so fast!!!i really thought she was going to get glue on me, or mess up in some way because of how fast she ran through, but she didn't!everything was PERFECT!!!i would definately go back.i told her the designs and colors i wanted, and she NAILED it!my nails came out even better than i imagined.i reccomend this place to everyone.i had lots of fancy requests, but including the tips, it was only 48 bucks total.and that is with EVERYTHING customized, full set, nailart, stencils.you can get a full set for 25 bucks.gel would be 5 bucks, but i passed since i have to say goodbye to these nails in a week.totally worth it for me.
