I waited a hour and a half for them to start my nails. Burnt my nails with the electric sander for gel and acrylic nails. Nails started chipping and breaking after a week. Spent enough for an entire new set of acrylic instead of a fill like I got. She also went between me and another client while dying her hair. Total time was 3 hours. I'm very happy to have found this nail place after moving to CT. After many disappointing trips to various salons in the area, I just stopped getting my nails done all together. Following a recommendation, I decided to try Perfect Nails and I have been going back every 2-3 weeks for the past year and a half. My favorite place in CT so far!Thi Le did a wonderful job on my pedicure and eyebrow wax ($34 total; $44 with tip)- Excellent communication skills- No major frills here (e.g. bottles of water or massage while nails are drying)- Brow wax was nearly painless, very precise, and quality- Pedicure was pretty standard. Thorough and clean.* I called at 6:30 asking if I could come in, they closed at 7, but accommodated me by staying 15 min later without any fuss or complaint.* while paying she noticed my very chipped manicure and asked if I wanted to have it taken off which she did as well as a quick file job. I like the place and the ppl . The mother and daughter work here as well as a sister in law. They do hair also. There are alot of chairs but few workers the mother does your feet. she does ok job. I've had better. I come back her because the daughter is mean and I love her. Oh she speaks English also. Read Less

I visited this nail salon recently in place of my regular salon as I was in a time crunch. I was horrified by this salon. This salon is dirty and cluttered and I am still not sure who was doing my nails as I had multiple people "help" with my simple shellac manicure. After waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I was finally brought in. I noticed the tools that were used on my hand were the same tools that were used on the woman before me with out having been clean, sanitized or sterilized. During my visit another client came in with a broken nail who had no appointment. They then stopped doing my nails and fixed this other womans broken nail while I sat and waited. mantra is shorter the better.. the lady who does the hair is useless.. she doesnt understand and does the hair by her choice and whn you say tht you are not satisfied, she turns and say ""i dont think so"". What a shame at this age... she has no clue how to do a girls hair...she is all about men as there are not much skills required in trimmimg them and the fortune they charge for the pathetic look thy give you is double than the one in the mall.. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND any person to get the hair done from this brainless old lady.... i cried the day she treated me like this... it spoilt my entire wknd and i stl dnt have the confidence to walk out of the house wth tht stupid haircut...
