I just got done with the most frustrating nail salon experience and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I didn't get what I asked for, the lady was rough and when I clarified what I wanted, she insisted on doing what she wanted. My first 2 experiences here were great. I'm not sure if this poor experience can be isolated to this one nail tech but I definitely will not be back. 4/10 for quality of what I got done. There are black specks in my gel polish and gel polish on my cuticles, under my nails and on my finger tips. She tried removing it with a cuticle cutter but didn't get the majority of it. I would think twice about spending your money here.
UPDATE: I have been tempted to get my nails fixed, but as each day passes, it is very apparent how terrible of a job she did. I will update with a photo when my nails grown out a little more so the lip created from the excess gel polish on my cuticle can be seen. I am very upset I paid for this.

In BJs plaza, convenient, parking, appointment run a little over but reasonable, pricing as well. ABSOLUTELY LOVE LEE !!!

I've been happy with the customer service and the way they treat you and they're not too rough and I will keep going to them for many years on end I've already been going to them for 4 years

They made me bleed so many times and they didn't seem to care or be careful. When getting a fill they sanded down the new nail so much it red and burning. It's cheap prices but I'd rather pay more to ...

Quick and good service. My manicures ( Acrylic with gel paint look great for two - three weeks, with no chips! can't beat $21 for a fill!

I have been going here for a few months now. The staff is great and very nice. Never had a problem. Best to make appointments as they can get busy and only a couple people do gel fills.

This was the absolute worst nail place I've ever been to. The lady made me pay before I got my nails done in case I didn't like the French she did. They she proceeded to try charging my card when she know the machine didn't work apparently. My nails didn't even last a full 24 hours before chipping. Don't waste your money here!!

I was very disappointed in this place. I picked a color I was not sure about and when she tested it I told her I didn't like it but she convinced me to paint them anyway. And hour later I went back to do a polish change because I was unhappy with the color and they said that it was my own fault and I would need to pay another $15 to do a polish change. With as much money as they make on doing nails you think they would want to make a customer happy to keep them coming back. I guess I should've read all the other horrible reviews before going there.

I have been shopping around for a new salon since I go for a gel fill, and my nails break. I went in on their second of opening. The place was spotless! Very friendly and the lady was gentle. She didnt make my cuticles bleed. Their prices are excellent! $20 for a gel fill, I usually pay $30. This placw is grwat, glad I tried them, change is good sometimes!

I just got done with the most frustrating nail salon experience and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I didn't get what I asked for, the lady was rough and when I clarified what I wanted, she insisted on doing what she wanted. My first 2 experiences here were great. I'm not sure if this poor experience can be isolated to this one nail tech but I definitely will not be back. 4/10 for quality of what I got done. They she proceeded to try charging my card when she know the machine didn't work apparently. My nails didn't even last a full 24 hours before chipping. Don't waste your money here!!

I was very disappointed in this place. I picked a color I was not sure about and when she tested it I told her I didn't like it but she convinced me to paint them anyway.
